The Australian Aboriginals have a tradition called a "walkabout", and while it is optional in a person's life, it is a respected form of self-reflection where an individual, usually a young adult, enters the wild alone, and leaves their home on a spiritual journey to find their own path. I don't know much about it, but I believe it is a healthy practice for those who feel lost in their lives. I would suggest caution during this pandemic, but if you can go on a walkabout without endangering others, _and if you need to,_ I would encourage at least looking up the practice.

People do not want to change, we get comfortable in the paths we carve for ourselves. It's natural. Change is just as natural, if not more so than anything else that exists. It is not something that is easy to do, but you must be willing to change. Otherwise everything will change without you, and like waves against the rocks. Will wear you down till you cooperate with the tide. We are but fish in the river, no matter how much we fight it, we must inevitably go with the current.

It looks a different show, but it a good and deep way, you portrayed that actually Avatar is not for kids, at least, not just for kids. A lot of adults should watch it and learn something!
