      commenting here so that this gets noticed - what are the physical, neutrally charged energy lines of the thoracic and pelvic diaphragms so that you can customise the transfer of physical resources throughout the body based on the quality of the diaphragms? And also customise the qigong to integrate anywhere you're not flexible, which would create customised movements as the diaphragms are integrated into and control all of the muscles in the body!

    These lung and heart exercises are great! Stretching my arms to the side with my palms up is one that I really feel the stretch a lot. I love that simple movements are making such a difference in my body. Thank you!

    Hi! I really enjoy your videos. I have a couple of friends who have to be on oxygen 24/7. Can they do these exercises while using oxygen? Also, could they do them while seated? Thanks in advance for your response.

      Hi Joe, I can't really advice on that as i'm not a doctor. I would consult with their physician and show the exercises to get an approval prior training. Seated Qigong is often used when patient's health is weak .

    Hi Kseny, how many minutes after meal can we do gigong exercises? Is 30 minutes after. meal good enough to resume qigong exercise? Please advise. Thanks.

    Hello, is there any conflict if i as Christian, Catholic practice qigong. I read about some possesions with people who practice qigong. Sorry if question is stupid but i am worried.

      Hi Andrija, thanks for writing. Qigong is not a religion neither people who practice it must acquire and follow any religious beliefs. `I hope this helps and you can try this wonderful practice
