Hi Wilson, I have been following your channel for a while now and like many others I am getting really close to starting my own ghost kitchen. Taking the plunge is certainly the first step I need to take after the research and doing my due diligence. I noticed that you spoke of franchising with Big Stick Willies and you have mentioned it yourself in some of your other videos. I was wondering if you could do some videos on franchising because for my business plan I would like to include it also but I am hearing too many horror stories of franchising (short of The Golden Arches story). I doubt you did that in 3 days! You must have had the business ready already. It doesn’t just take 3 days to set up a business and get an idea and make a website etc etc

We do 3000 in 7 hours with over 100 delivery orders
