They do study, they are beyond intelligent. Sometimes destiny doesn't support, sometimes countries ethics not there. It depends.
Jatt Sikhs are historically farmers. So business ethics aren't that strong in the community.
Khatri Sikhs are doing great. There are many successful khatri businessmen in India.they own big companies.

Trouble is farming for profit is kind of against our beliefs and ethics especially with the industrial chemical farming since 70s. It's more like a recipie how to bankrupt farmers. . Check it out GMOs and chemicals. They use ruthless tactics to bankrupt farmers.
@@vikramdhad5395 It's against beliefs but it was a cultural habit of our elders in old times. Especially land owners boasting that they have this many acres etc but now farming chemicals used everything being ruined, it's not same anymore.

I was thinking of a similar idea focused on agricultural equipment like tractors and combines as we have saturation of equipment as compared to farm land, so on a app you can rent out equipment for certain time.

Just a suggestion, If both host sit properly(better posture) it'll look good. Also when guest is talking, it'll be better to engage or say a word or stay quiet instead of "hmmmm". Suggesting in good faith for improvement.
They are in Australia not in India. Here respect is in heart not in formalities like touching feet, sitting in a better posture or calling sir sir or mam man unnecessarily. It’s casual culture here regardless of age and experience and everyone is treated as normal person not with 10 injected bodyguards. We used to call lectures with their names in universities here.
