There is no console war. Xbox is focusing on Game Pass (which streams in the cloud and can be played on any screen with cloud streaming, no console required and makes ridiculous monthly money). Nintendo has merged their mobile and console business, so they're playing a different game than the other two (and have outsold the PS5 as a result). PlayStation is winning because they're still using a strategy the other two aren't anymore.

If they want us to play longer put the game development in the hands of truly avid fans, I really doubt it’s that hard to find people to work in the creative and development department that meet that criteria for pretty much any big title they had, they’ve done a good job so far, but things in the ps2/ps3 days were just different, you could tell the people who made those games were gonna play them, there was almost no detail missed and if it was, you’d be almost 100% sure the next game in whatever series was going to patch it
The only reason I think why Playstation is beating xbox is because of the closing of some of their more recent studios including the one that made hifi rush while Playstation doesn't do that shit they keep the studios that make them money but for xbox they fire and get rid of the studios like trash and the money they make for xbox doesn't matter

Part of the reason Xbox consoles are not selling is because you do not need an Xbox console to play their games anymore with them focusing on cloud gaming as well as selling their games to be played on other platforms consoles, they have given players something better than a console and that is game availability.

If they want us to play longer put the game development in the hands of truly avid fans, I really doubt it’s that hard to find people to work in the creative and development department that meet that criteria for pretty much any big title they had, they’ve done a good job so far, but things in the ps2/ps3 days were just different, you could tell the people who made those games were gonna play them, there was almost no detail missed and if it was, you’d be almost 100% sure the next game in whatever series was going to patch it
The only thing that could save xbox at this point is increased sales for game pass. I highly doubt it would happen tho tbh.

The only reason I think why Playstation is beating xbox is because of the closing of some of their more recent studios including the one that made hifi rush while Playstation doesn't do that shit they keep the studios that make them money but for xbox they fire and get rid of the studios like trash and the money they make for xbox doesn't matter

Xbox has always been trash. Yes sony kinda messed up in the PS3 era but still they managed to sell more PS3s than Xbox 360s. But in a subjective way, more people have always been inclined towards xbox 360 in that era. Other than that, PlayStation has always been a better console.

Im not an Xbox fan but i have a series S that i got for Christmas from my girlfriend and i also won a xbox series X with a series elite 2 controller from a Christmas dinner Event we had in my town last Christmas and i Haven't Opened Any of them 💀 i already have every playstation from 1 to 5 and i got the edge controller so im always playing my ps5. If anything ever happens to sony and there consoles atleast ill have the other systems to use

Part of the reason Xbox consoles are not selling is because you do not need an Xbox console to play their games anymore with them focusing on cloud gaming as well as selling their games to be played on other platforms consoles, they have given players something better than a console and that is game availability.
