- In 2021 this film was shown at the BendFilm Festival, a wonderful gift from parents and good friends to their child to record a moment in time. There is more to add to this Tai Chi Wu Shu journey and I am still a student of the art to this day and am grateful for this journey and all my teachers (which include Masters and students) as we understand how all of life is just a lesson for the next phase and to be open to learning and understanding yourself and others.

This should inspire all people whether young or old to study Chinese Arts and improve, health, longevity, while strengthening the body and mind. Masters like Master Chen are a true gift to all whose lives they touch.
What an incredible movie! Congrats to both students in their journey. I'm an online Doa Universe student from Australia. Started Taichi after 4 years of leg pain that no-one could fix (podiatrist, physio, sports doctor, etc...)
Taichi & Sifu JianFeng Chen have helped me overcome the pain and feel more healthy. I'm now practicing every day, run 5-6km twice a week and am only 1/10th through the Academy's content so still so much to learn. I'm very excited about my Taichi journey to come and wish that some day I can take a trip to the US and visit Master's school. Thank you. Julien

This is somewhat misleading. Levels imply hierarchy but it's merely a progression from one point to another to facilitate training.
The so called three levels are Jing 精 Qi 氣 Shen 神.
Jing is the extreme point of materiality. Shen is the opposite but for immateriality.
They are in fact not two things but one. They are but two aspects of Qi.
Both existing simultaneously and inseparably.
So, there really isn't 3 things nor 3 levels but just 1 Qi guided by Dao 道.
Yes but mind need ‘divisions’ or ‘need to create duality’, so a knife it is not a child, yes the essence is the same but essentially in the ‘experience’ of daily life they are different, so you cannot say all is Qi, because in Qi all these appearances are seen.
The way mind need to, at least mentally, understand what Dao is, she need to have these explanations.
Words are limited, if you think, saying all is Qi or saying there are 3 levels, it is the same, you know -)
