Hi Brandy! Almost always in Manual. The only exception is when I am photographing horses a liberty and they are moving around me too quickly to keep up with setting changes.
I'm not sure exactly, as a friend who knows the area well took me there. Here's a web site with lots of information about the Salt River Wild Horses - saltriverwildhorsemanagementgroup.org
I actually had very low expectations for that lens, but have been pretty much blown away by the image quality. It's sharp and has great color and contrast. I hope to do a full review very soon!

That's a good word for how I felt in the presence of these beautiful horses. ❤️
Shelley Paulson I really cannot believe wild horses are so calm... Usually ours in South Africa spook at just your scent!
That has been my experience in the past too! I think these horses are fairly accustomed to people as they live in a fairly populated area.
Wow, what a special moment!! I just love your vlogs
Thank you Emma!

Awesome, going to Salt River early Jan 2020 and hopefully I’ll get some great images

Yes! I was just there again and really noticed that!
Did you use full manual settings or use A or S mode?

Where was it at? I'm going West soon and want to see them. Please do tell.

In the beginning of the video you said you have a Tamron 150-600mm lens, I'm thinking on getting it next, how dose it seem? Picture wise?
I actually had very low expectations for that lens, but have been pretty much blown away by the image quality. It's sharp and has great color and contrast. I hope to do a full review very soon!
