A word to the wise - UV lights are dangerous to your eyes - as a fly tyer I am very familiar with UV resin, it's very popular for finishing flies instead of varnish. A friend of mine who ties semi-professionally began to have sight issues and upon investigation by an eye specialist, discovered irrepairable damage to his eyes from the use of the UV torch used to cure the resin. He was recommended that he wear quality UV A + B protective sunglasses when using the UV torch. Considering that the UV lamp you used is probably 10 times larger than the UV torches we use as fly tyers I would SERIOUSLY recommend NOT looking into the light, turning it to face you etc and DEFINETLY get some eye protection.

Did this cup, learned a lot of lessons. 1 use the correct spray adhesive mine was 300 not the right one, left a lot of lumps.2 less of the resin. I thought I was using small amounts, took a long time to cure. The good news is it is still a cup. Will definitely try again. Thanks for the video

Which adhesive is the correct one that you ended up using? Also, how smooth did your cup come out using the UV resin? I've seen other non-uv where they burnish the glitter first before sealing.
