Try leading the world's second best 25 man guild, having the biggest responsibility in your shoulders, the pressure of being behind in a race you began one day ahead of the competition (Method) and taking everything very calm and cool. It's much easier for Method to just sit back and relax because they know they are ahead. Maybe it's a matter of BL having a worse atmosphere BECAUSE they are behind in the race and not the other way around.
That's an excuse. If you pushed yourself, you could do normals and heroics. It just takes time to find a group that works for you. You could even try leading if you thing your method of leading is superior. It's all about how hard you try.
You guys will never read this in but you guys must really burn yourself out on the content. I feel like everyone sees the end result but they don't appreciate the amount of head bashing and sacrifice that goes into this. I doesn't seem that glorifying to me but I do enjoy watching the content. Keep up the good work.
This is just one guild. Their progress or hardcoreness doesn't dictate their raid atmoshpere. I've seen Normal mode casual guilds with people screaming and yelling, and likewise there are top 10's with good fun atmosphere even through progress raiding. Think about it; in your average LFR, how toxic are the people you see there? It's pretty nasty compared to any Heroic guild I've been in.
Can anyone who has done this fight on heroic please let us know what's so bad about it? It seems to be one that most guilds dislike the most. Thanks : )

The reason he is like this is that he holds his raid and guild to an extremely high standard and expects nothing but the best from them, and you seem to be confusing this with him being an asshole, which he is not if you have ever watched his stream or any of his other videos, which I am sure you haven't.
They are worlds best players. I raided heroics, and I know that once you are near a kill, people go nuts instead of staying focused, and hearing yells on ventrilo isn't helping either. In a situation of enrage, they should have the order set up, not make it up on the fly.

Method not only did better, WAAAAY better than blood legion, but they were actually having fun, not yelling, joking around, but still doing amazing. I mean that's what this games about. Apparently the shit head of a "leader" in blood legion doesn't get that.
I also expect only the best from my Arenamates and still I don't scream and shout at my partners while in combat. I know many Glad-Players and they also dont scream at their mates all the time so im sorry but he is "not very nice" in this video and he annoyed the hell out of me because of his constant swearing at his raiders. There is a big difference between beeing a dick and a strict raidleader. For example I watched just now the kills on mmo-champion - what a difference in leadership.

Method isn't all laughs and jokes, they are very critical of themselves, and you hear a lot of "shut the fuck up" in their raid when they killed heroic sha of fear.. There is no happy environment when it comes to serious progress.
I love how you're judging them by their kill videos, Have you ever been in a method run? No? Then you know nothing about how they are, Every serious guild has rage, Lots of it. Not just BL

the world race and the EU/US race are the same. Asia has higher itemlvl available and the old 10/25man system so they race in another pace.
