    Have you noticed that the cost of living has gone up? I've found the cost of coffee is rising quickly.

      Coffee?? Who lives only on coffee?? Houses went up at least 300% in the past 20 years and wages still stuck in the year 2010 !! Australia became an over inflated frozen salary nation. If you are lucky to find a decent full time job. MANY THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEOS !!!

      Yes, I have noticed, but that is happening everywhere in the world. I reckon we are relatively doing better. For your reference, coffee bean prices doubled during 2022 and the cost of coffee was set to rise anyway.

    It's so depressing to know I'll never be able to afford a house in Melbourne. Maybe I'll move up to Queensland? Seems cheaper up North.

    Is that a new camera? Looks amazing 🤩 great vid. Inflation is still going to go up imo, might be global stagflation 🤔

    Please don't forget that you have to be fully vaccinated to be allowed to have a job at all. If I could afford to get the hell out of Melbourne, I would!

      Is this still true?

    • @calmblueocean7243
      @calmblueocean7243 Рік тому +2

      @@cameron2982 At the time of writing my first comment, yes that was absolutely the case! If you had to leave your house to work - even just to drive a van alone or mow lawns alone - it was mandatory to be vaccinated. The Vic government's rules have been lifted for a lot of industries as of a few months ago ( some like health and aged care workers still require it though, among others) but those of us unvaccinated are still struggling to get back into the workforce due to individual workplaces discriminating on the basis of vac status. That, and being kicked out of a job you've done for many years when you're over 50 means it's a real struggle for some. But ask anyone who is up to date with their shots - I'm sure they're living quite happily here. It's a weird situation. Peace✌

      I left Melbourne in 1996 best decision I ever made could not handle the strict rules on everything especially now with having to be vaccinated. I moved to Athens Greece amazing Sun apartment are dirt cheap rents are high so gr8 investment and rules are lay back heaven on earth I just visit Melbourne when I’m home sick great life
