My medical surveillance was performed by the Peel Public Health Authority in Brampton, Ontario.
Three cities are included in the Peel region: Brampton, Mississauga, and Caledon.

Actually i dont have any idea about this. I also sent all things to ircc and they didn’t respond. I think if they need anything they will contact us. But yeah keep all proofs that you sent them everything.

Hi, Do we have to take treatment from panel physician only or we can take treatment from anywhere and then inform panel physician that we have taken treatment and now I am fully recovered.
I think you can take treatment from anywhere, after treatment you will get treatment card, that card you have to show to panel physician. But after treatmnt, panel physician will do your TB tests again, even u recovrd, but you should consult once with panel physician about this

@@beinglucky21 Thank you for your reply! She got her visa and PR confirmation. She never had TB in the past. She’s medical laboratory assistant. She has to undertake medical surveillance within 30 days following her arrival.
Okay.. you have to visit Walk in doctor. Tell him about this condition. Bring her id, permit and IMM form. Doctor will do required tests. And send her details (name, UCI number, Canadian address, email id, canadian contact number) to IRCC. You can check Email id of IRCC in video at time 2:49. Hi sir,
My in-law got medical surveillance undertaking however port of entry officer didnt sign any forms or said that it needs to be done.
He allowed them to pass through.
I am not sure what to do now.
Is it written on their permit that they have to visit for medical observation? If yes they should visit walk in clinic and undergo medical surveillance.
@@beinglucky21 he has a supervisa stamped on his passport for 10 years. It's PG-1 category. There is nothing written on visa. However, he got the medical surveillance undertaking form along with visa.

Hii..i also had history of past tb and got mail from ircc once i landed in canada to provide details which i already did...they replied that i don't need to self report ,public health will contact me .But its almost been 2 and half month , i haven't heared anything back from them... I am confused ..do i need to walk in to clinic to get my surveillance done by my own or do i need to wait...plz help..i am worried
Ircc takes time to respond. If your permit has condition that YOU HAVE TO VISIT FOR MEDICAL OBSERVATION then i think you should visit walk in clinic and do your medical surveillance and send IMM form & reports to IRCC

Hello bro i am actually on the tb treatment in india from past 3 months from june 15th to december 15th. But i dont have any symptoms. I have deffered my course from september to January So i did not apply the visa yet , i Will apply the visa this month i want to know wheather they will approve my visa or they will wait will december 15th after my completion of meditation
You have to complete TB treatment first. Keep all reports and TB treatment card with you. they will not give you visa until you complete treatment. You can go for upfront medical (for immigration). It can save your time. Because they will ask for additional medical (sputum test and again chest X ray). Reports of Additional medical takes 3 months approx.

My treatment is till 15th December The doctor said you are good to go after December and also they will provide me a treatment completion certificate. My question is that After December 15th they will approve my visa right? And after landing shd give any tests again?
I got your point, I have done my medical tests and also I got the email for additional medical tests, which I have done my x-ray, and sputum test. I have tested negative but the doctor said I may have inactive tb so he gave me meditation for 6 months which is up to December 15th. Now medical status is updated that I am taking the treatment and the date of completion. My joining date is in January. 10th to the college So after my treatment ( December 15th ) will they Approve my visa or will they approve it before itself
@@subhihemanth4596 yes, once you cleared your medical they will approve most probably within week. Your file is on hold just becz of medical. After passprt stamping you will get IMM form with your passport. bring that form with you to canada. after reaching you have to do medical survelliance, that whole process explianed in this vedio

Yes, you have to pay doctor fees, x ray fees, sputum test fees. The total amount will be around $150-$200.
