He was found not guilty his name should never have been released. That is shocking. What was the judge thinking and who exactly was the judge.. their motives for releasing an innocent man’s name needs to be investigated.
Since the police involved in the incident were aware of his character and the incidents before the shooting I find it difficult to understand how the Judge disallowed this background information leading up to the incident. The police were not involved in stopping an innocent member of the public but a career criminal.

England must not become another haiti or jamaica where gangs rule. The police forces across UK need to strongly face down criticism in cases like this--the law is the law regardless of colour. The crown prosecution service may be following the instructions of a previous director who is currently doing a poor job of running the country.
It's an indictment on the state of this country when the judge is blamed for revealing the police officers name and thus jeopardising his future safety when it should be squarely on the shoulders of those who are not prepared to accept the judgement of our judicial system.

Since the police involved in the incident were aware of his character and the incidents before the shooting I find it difficult to understand how the Judge disallowed this background information leading up to the incident.
The police were not involved in stopping an innocent member of the public but a career criminal.

It's an indictment on the state of this country when the judge is blamed for revealing the police officers name and thus jeopardising his future safety when it should be squarely on the shoulders of those who are not prepared to accept the judgement of our judicial system.

It's not just the criminals being released early; it's also the criminals that are now not going to prison at all. I work in the criminal justice system and it's now very difficult to get anyone into prison, habitual offenders are just being bailed over and over again.

Ive worked in A&E we regularly hot people who were tagged coming in with superficial injuries so we rung authorities to explain why they werent at home. Its not a surprise they are called "cons". They need El Salvador style prisons
