I think Dr. Cade is the ONLY character in the whole game to have a genuine laugh at one of the sarcastic answer. The others range from "Woooosh" to "You fucking asshole" with the occasional witty comeback in-between.
Gotta love how half of this is just The Silver Shroud. Definitely the best quest in the game; it's so great that the DLCs had to have extra dialogue for The Shroud.
