Oti should engage state city busses ban Keke and employ most of the the Keke riders as the bus drivers and as conductors selling bus tickets provided by the state which they will account for at the end of the day.
Opinion should form a Policy and not the other way round , firstly you look at the economic importance before the social values ,yes they may need some kind of reformation and integretion .a modern , decent , safer and cheaper alternatives like white taxi , uber 'taxi 99 indrive and bus system are very good ones in a city like Aba. Keke in rural areas to city terminal can be welcomed

Otti should pls construct flyovers both in Umuahia and Aba some junctions need Flyovers
