SM64 will always be the ultimate 3d platformer, rightfully so. I would say Spyro 1 should be #2. Banjo Kazooie is a good game, but I think it's a tiny step down from SM64 and Spyro, the gameplay is a little tedious and backtracky sometimes.
Definitely missed Rayman 2 and Yooka Laylee. I'd even argue for Psychonauts 2 or It takes 2 but I certainly wouldn't rate A Hat in Time above Rayman 2.

Psychonauts is up there as one of my all time favorite 3D platformers, the amount of variety in that game is virtually unmatched, plus it has some of the best writing this genre has ever seen.
Psychonauts 2 is one of my favorite Platformers of all time. It’s one of the very few Platformers I’ve played that legitimately had me invested in the story.

It's better in the narrative stuff, but gameplay wise I wouldn't say it's better. The hoverboots were a fun addition in that game, but are infinitely better in rift apart for example. The gunplay as well. Rift Apart has more refined platforming and many more platforming segments overall as well. ACIT is my favorite game in the franchise as well, but Rift Apart is undeniably better in lots of stuff.
They nerfed so much in Psychonauts 2, like the dynamic conversations and worse, the levitation ball physics, one of the most fun power ups I've ever played. Id have to say Mario Galaxy is better then two, not saying I didn’t like the game but for me 1 felt more grand and that you where in space
2 has much better level design
Astro Bot is up there in the top 10 for me now. Only thing its missing is a little more difficulty, but it is amazing.
