I was in the market for one of these, really like the 2023's- great updates all around! I was not willing to pay over msrp, and the only ones for msrp I could find were either base trim or black exterior color or some ugly interior color. I had to have black interior and white/silver/wolf gray/or possibly jungle green and specifically a sx-prestige xpro. I finally found one what I wanted and at msrp, but they tried to hit me with 8% interest lmao. No thanks.. simply a want, not a need at all for me. The car I was driving was paid for, and ran great with only 80k miles on it. I ended up picking up a 2023 santa fe limited which still has all the same features for less money, for 3k under msrp out the door...and zero percent interest. Plus, the 2.5T has just a tiny bit more power I believe, but feels much peppier than the NA v6 in the telluride.
Congrats. Smart choice, we need more people like you and never pay a cent over MSRP. I personally don't like the Santa Fe but will get a Telluride this year with the right conditions.
I'm about to receive my new Sorento 2023 and I wish it would have the dual 12.3 inch screen like this and the carnival. instead of that it has a divided screen
I definitely plan on getting a Telluride; however, I cannot bring myself to pay more for the vehicle than even the manufacturer suggests it is worth! I will be waiting until this "market adjustment" craze is over and I hope others will do the same. More people need to refuse to pay over MRSP for these vehicles!
It could have looked cheap due to the use of too much plastic, but a good interior design makes up for it. Hyundai-Kia definitely did a great job with the interior design. I hope other Japanese automakers can learn from this and improve their own interiors.
IDK, that bottom rectangle kinda ruins the look for me on the front end. Interior looks good but thanks for scratching and tapping all the hard plastic pieces. That doesn't sound appealing. Although I have a 2018 Kia Sorento that I love despite the hard plastic places. They did manage to minimize piano black in the center console. 🙂
its designed so the third row seat doesnt get so unconfortable. you dont want someone sitting there and bumping their heads against the round back part of the car interior. its more than logic. and no it doesnt look that bad.
i dont like the second row seats it was supsoed to be two pieces conected the way you could get 3 people on the second row NOT only 2 people that is a 4 passenger seat, that is without counting the third row seats which is unconfortable to remain seated for long periods of time.. makes no sense.
All of you are right. Kia's are cheaply built but much better quality. #1 in Quality accord to JD Power, having the fewest problems in the first 90 days of ownership, also fewest problems with 3-year old vehicles.
한국에도 출시했으면 좋겠네요..
This car will age very well,, love it.
Miss the boxier look of the previous models but the interior is incredible.

Dream of
you're not supposed to do redline during the break-in period
The employees at the factory, the transport yards, and the dealership already done all the redlining. A bit more won’t make a difference.
You’re also not supposed to buy a Kia if you want an engine that won’t fail in 25k.
