If R15 v4 exhaust has change and Ecu is not remapped then the bike engine get problem or not or it is necessary to change ecu or remapped

Usually, it wouldn't matter if you only change the exhaust muffler.

Bro this is all about ECU tuning
ECU flashing is putting the actual system level software into it, to perform all tasks.

this video is only about motorcycle i cant say much ; but software is not only fuel map ....fuel value is is just apart of it . ....and if you make even smaller change in calibration you can mess up engine pretty much sure .

Of course it isnt just the fuel map... there are other parameters as well which can be manipulated. But i didnt mention them for 2 reasons, 1) Its illegal to remap an ecu and 2) Its hard to access these maps, and i mentioned this point very clearly in the video

ECU flashing and Software flashing is the same or different ? How does a software flash occurs ?

Yeah ECU Flashing and Software flashing is same. There are two different types of ECU Flashing. The first one is done by the authorized Service centre where they just reupload the same code made by the manufacturer on the ECU which was previously available using an app and SDT tool The service centre guys don't "reprogram" the ECU, they just press a button in the app which uploads the code on the ECU. While the second kind of ECU flash is more of ECU tuning or remapping which I explained in this video.

Bullet Standard BS6 EFI Idling rpm can be lowered ( From:- 1300 to:- 700 RPM) by ECU returning?

Yes it can be done, I had this same issue. My bike's idling rpm had raised to 1500 rpm. I took it to the service center and they reduced it to the stock/required rpm. I doubt they wont reduce it to 700 rpm but they will reduce it around 1000 rpm.
