I bought this album when it was released, (1973) I took it to my girlfriends house to play it for the first time. after this song finished, I asked her to marry me. we celebrate our 44 th anniversary in september.
I'm old enough and lucky enough to have seen Sabbath several times when they were at their peak from 1970-1975 here in the UK. They were absolutely superb live. Once seen never forgotten.
@@abracadabra3033 Your hooked man😊 If you get a chance and are so inclined dive into tracks from any of their 4 albums prior to Sabbath Bloody Sabbath namely Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Master Of Reality and Vol IV. All killer albums.
Yes Phil, agree! Also saw them at BST Hyde Park which was truly amazing (plus Motörhead Ace of Spades) Amazing and was lovely to see whole families there, nice to know they’re passing it down the generations. Some tracks were missing, apparently because Ozzy had problems with the high notes but it was still brilliant
It's fucking rad to see Sabbath getting so much respect from reaction channels lately. Definitely my new favorite channel. If you are ready for a challenge check out Megalomania or The Writ by Sabbath. Will show a new perspective.
Yes so different from the 70s when they’d be brushed off probably since album rock stations never played more than paranoid and iron man if you were even lucky enough to catch these now and then. They’re were heavily slagged and many now have no idea what is sabbath fans dealt with lol! Fan since 1976 at 15!
This album is generally recognised as one of their very best. Sabbra Cadabra is one of those rare moments when they dropped the doom and gloom and went happy.
Damn, this shit does ride!! Can't ever go wrong with Sabbath, especially on a Monday morning.Thankyou for starting off my day, watching you. Put a smile on my face!🤗
Black Sabbath at their peak here. People now think of Ozzy as a bumbling but basically nice old guy but his voice on this track is unbelievable. He was amazing in his prime. Just a brilliant song and a brilliant album.

@@abracadabra3033 Funny story about Rick's involvement. He was in the next studio, bored with the YES album he was recording, so he wandered over and improvised the keyboards to this song. This album saw Sabbath at the peak of their game for my money! The production is the best they ever captured, and there's not a wasted note to be found. I love how this album sounded so heavy, and yet so smooth at the same time. In 'Natural Acrobat', it also contains my favourite Sabbath moment ever. A classic!
this is my style of miuzz ,goes well with mother nature in your back groud ,and she sends her own chants at the end of your vid ,love the birds ,they are mini angels ,rock on dude
Keyboards (synthesizer and piano) on this song were played by Rick Wakeman of "Yes". Sabbath would use keyboards sparingly on earlier Ozzy albums, but here they stepped up their use and later on would hire Jezz Woodroffe to tour with them during the mid 70s. On the rest of Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, piano and harpsichord was played by Tony Iommi on select tracks, and Ozzy played the Minimoog and wrote the music for the song "Who Are You".
Thank you for your reaction to one of my favs from the Sab4. Man alive, this is the infancy of prog metal at its best. Ozzy is a bluesy maniac. The back and forth between Bill and Tony is beautiful thing to behold as both show their mastery of their respective crafts. Oh and Geezer lays down some of the stickiest bass lines throughout as the others noodled and fed the crowd as well as writing the very personal lyrics. I love this band, they are my favorite and i make no secret of it. They are one of those bands that if given a chance will give each listener a unique experience. Enjoy your journey as you discover the deep body of work these guys had in 10 years as well as the later line ups including with the greatest pure metal voice of Ronnie James Dio. Have fun, you have a new sub here.
