Nice job, I think that puddle bases on the figures are really annoying, such a chariot add variety to your army. P.s. perhaps you could try to add some plasticard blades to the wheels.
Hi. Really like the wood effect on these, but struggling to work out what you've used. Is it Rhinox hide as a base coat and then Zandri dust dry brush and another colour dry brushed? Couldn't quite make the name out. Thanks very much, really enjoyed this and the halfling series. Cheers
I don't remember specifically, but for wood I usually use P3's Idran Flesh, I'm not sure of the GW equivalent. Then zandri dust brings out the the grain, then a earthshade wash to tie them together, then possibly some Ivory type colour for a final highlight, or more zandri.
Hello mate lovely job there...it makes me want to get some, three in a box sounds good, perhaps you could use the hero from it as a wizard maybe, oh and not trying to be a smart arse or anything but back then "horses" were smaller, selective breeding to get bigger and faster horses was a thing of the future, I'm pretty sure victrix are on the ball with horse/pony sizes they do try to make things historically accurate like armour and what have you...cheers now
"This woman" That's QUEEN BOUDICCA to you, young man!
That’s being pulled by horses! That’s not a Human Chariot, just a Regular Chariot!
I love this! Such great ideas here. I’ve been neglecting my Oathmark, and this makes me want to get back to them.
That came out really nice. Those simple conversions really make it fit your army.
Splendid chariot, crew...and colors, congrats!👌👍
Really worked out very nicely mate. Would be great to see it on the table for a battle report at some stage.
So great to see how this was put together, awesome job!
Such a fantastic idea! Worked out well. Gives your army a GoT sense of a late Celtic nation that Christianity never happened to.
Really lovely work mate
Great work on this Scruffy!
So now I want a chariot! I have some Foundry ones I might convert,

That’s turned out great.

@@ScruffyCrow that's great, thanks so much
I'd love to see you convert a victrix elephant

Unfortunately, I don't think that the halflings have their own chariot yet...
👍👍👍
Ponies? The Romans described the pony riding British cavalry as contemptible or wretched little Britons. Whatevah! Bothered?
