How can I hide messages about redeeming items (!redeem)?
If I mute bot, all of the messages (for example: !points; !uptime; !followage) disappear and that is not what I want.

Many advanced options are available for custom commands only. Default commands can't be set to whisper. -Nethyr

Hey, on the right side of the command there is a basket type icon for deletion of the command. The video also shows how to add a new command, but to point it out, there is a button on top that says "New Command"

Is there a command for views to see their cooldown timer (time left till they can use the command again) for commands?...
i.e.
say you have a 30mins CD on !points, how does the viewer know when that 30mins is up and they can use it again?
There is no way to see the cooldown on a command, unfortunately.

Is there a video on how to use variables in commands? More specifically the counter variables as I would like to add a command that would allow a moderator to increase a kill counter by the amount of kills I have in a game but I can't seem to figure out how to add a user input for the increment, sort of in the form of this ${count kills + } but where when calling the command the mod would type !addkills where the kills would become the step. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

default commands text cant be change, only the trigger.
you can re-create some of the default commands your own under custom commands.

If I have 1 viewer and I want to find what there username is and find out who that 1 person is watching or Lurking my broadcast, is there a chat command that will let me see that username?.

Hey, you can have 2 commands, one that uses ${random.chatter} and one that uses ${user}. Do note that if you don't @ someone ${user} can return the person using the command.

I have the Streamelements bot on my Twitch channel, my viewers make bets with that bot and I do not see the chat, I have created a specific room for bets, but they can not place bets in that room since Streamelements is not in that room, only in The main one, can you tell me how I can put Streamelements in a specific chat room? Hi, due to the nature of the UA-cam API, it can take several minutes for the system to recognize your channel is live.

We've found that auto-greeters are counterproductive and serve to drive people away, so StreamElements does not offer such a feature.

You can setup a custom command with keywords such as "hello" and "hi" - keywords allow commands to be triggered upon seeing those specific words in any place in the message of a person.

If they share the sub correctly yes. Twitch prime (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. For paid subs, if the share box doesn't show up immediately it will when they refresh the page.

${quote} will use the same quote list as the default !quote command. So if you want to add a quote, you need to use "!quote add" in your chat.

I am still a little bit confused about adding a command to trigger a sound effect/clip. I want chat to be able to type a command that triggers a sound effect/clip but not have it as a redeemable item in which they need to type !redeem and the command I want them to be able to just type the command out and it will play the sound.
Hey, you can use the variable ${redeem} and just place it in the commands response. Example: command name: "!myItem" with response in it: ${redeem myItemName} ^KeiZar

I can do it but I had trouble for awhile. I actually realized I have to like scroll over to the side. It's to the right too far so it cant be seen. Hopefully this helps! I literally was deleting and remaking them haha!

You'd need to make a custom command with the keywords hi/hey/hello etc

Well you structure the message back however you want in the 'Response' section using the variables available in the Variables page that you want to use (streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/variables) and where it says 'Command keywords' type in the words you want people to use in their sentences to trigger this message
Thank you. The only thing im wondering is that when I set this up it saved and the viewers command was set to "hi". It saved as "!hi". Does that mean people have to type the ! Infront when they say hi?
Not if you add the keywords that I mentioned, keywords are words anywhere in their message that trigger the command without the ! being required before the word

Hey,
Please follow these steps:
1) Go to Stream Store page here:
2) Add an item that has these settings on it:
* Stream Perk
* Loyalty settings to your desire
* (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
* "Redeeming this item shows an alert
* Redemable via chat
* Skip Requirements
3) Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
4) Go to commands page here:
5) Add command with desired name and have response for command as: ``${redeem item_name_here}``
6) Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
7) Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.
8) Test your own command in chat and have OBS or editor open to hear sound

This will make sure it will respond properly whether someone says "!hug user" or "!hug @user"

Hey, which command are you referring to and what kind of link? Usually you can just place links in your chat commands, but make sure that our bot is modded in your chat.
