    Video is good , you are confident in your presentation but you didn't clear of company says we employee in lump-sum salary even if you are perment employee but you are not eligible for provident found .

    Provident fund basic salary pay deduct hota hay ya Gross salary pay?

      Depends upon the companies internal policy. Mostly companies apply on basic but some companies apply it on Gross. There is no limitations for employer.

      It depends on company either they opt Basic salary or gross for PF. Mostly companies go for basic.

      It depends upon your company policy. If Company offers both, then both will be paid.

      Gratuity is payable with PF. But choice is given to the employer from Govt. to either provide both or atleast one out of these two benefits.

      At the time of leaving the company, if you are getting double of your deducted amount then It's fine. If they are paying only your deduction back then it's not legal practice.

    Shahan sb , can you please clearify, lile u said PF is mandatory from Government of Pakistan. But i know many companies they dont offer Provident fund to their employees. They only offer gratuity. Can you explain the actual law.

      Employer has the choice as per law, either they pay gratuity or PF. Any one of these two is compulsory. Employers can offer both and few employers are offering both benefits.

      See if it is mentioned in your Contract that you will get PF, secondly if the PF amount was being deducted from your salary. If yes, please talk to the HR department of the company.

      Company invest your amount in any side business and earn money and share it's profit with you.. People say that money which is coming without any effort is interest, If you think It's interest don't take it.
