At the time of leaving the company, if you are getting double of your deducted amount then It's fine. If they are paying only your deduction back then it's not legal practice.

Employer has the choice as per law, either they pay gratuity or PF. Any one of these two is compulsory. Employers can offer both and few employers are offering both benefits.

See if it is mentioned in your Contract that you will get PF, secondly if the PF amount was being deducted from your salary. If yes, please talk to the HR department of the company.

Employee can consult with any legal advisor. If any company violates labor laws.
