I 100% agree with you about Singapore Airlines, they are by far the best airline to fly with anywhere. I always use them when I fly to the Philippines from the UK each year, happy flying.
I'm even tall, but it's one thing I don't like about SQ that angle. I know why they did it to get more seats in the space, but not a great sleep experience.
Ah that was great! I absolutely love SQ Business Class - I was fortunate to fly LHR - SIN - PER - BNE - SIN - LHR all in Business class - on the A380, A350 and 777 - awesome! My favourite was the A380 - just outstanding. The 777 was best for sleeping - the A350s I went on were regional rather than long haul so hard to compare - but all in all, SQ are THE BEST.

You can consider choosing the bulkhead seats in the future so you can have a better sleeping experience as they tend to have a wider area for your feet.
those satay are enough to bring me back to flying SQ business. Unfortunately, they no longer go to Dusseldorf. But maybe i have reason to stay a day in Frankfurt before the flight :)
I have been donating my biz class amenity kits from other airlines. I used to think it was cool to get them...not anymore. Why would I want to keep collecting a ton of amenity kits?

Thanks for this video - now I know I will not book my flights due to the ridiculous seating and footwell which gave me a twisted spine the last time - seats are great if you have a wide backside and short legs but not good if you are tall ! Shame as the pricing with Lufthansa codeshare SQ is really great
Really great video and review. Agreed on the seat angle for the lie-flat position though. The Air Baltic sequence was magnificent, did you know it was coming or just a lucky catch? Flight Radar 24 in the sky?
good food and flight. at the start when you showed Menu.. i noticed a spelling mistake under the Arabica Selection... it read : beacuse instead of because... haha. so many thousands would have got printed off like that. im surprised the flight attendant didnt pull the doona over the mattress when making up your bed. the meals looked nice. thank you for your video
Singapore Airlines business Class is one of my favorite configuration but extremely expensive to get a ticket to Singapore otherwise thx so much for sharing us your experiences

A Qantas regular here. People kept advising me to try other options so I did. SQ in J MEL-SIN-MEL. 773 outbound and 359 (regional config) inbound. The seats on both were awful. 773 bad, 359 worse. How could people actually make considered decisions to order these seats? Beyond me.
Yes it's not the best lounge.. however its much bigger. I showed only the 'SQ part' of the lounge. Schiphol does have a Star Alliance lounge which is excellent, however that's only for Intra-European flights (Schengen). Thank you for watching!
Singapore airlines is and been THE BEST AIRLINES in the past MANY DEACADES and it WAS/IS know by all countries in the world except the US as they are NOT ALLOW to like or admit anything else than the US. i flew all the airlines and the Singapore is THE BEST in the service . Air France KLM Lufthansa is also right after them along with the Thai airlines

Can ask you about the wearing of masks on this flight, im taking the same flight in a few weeks. I checked on the SA website and it says they are not required yet i saw some passengers wearing them.
Plating not the best,too much peanut sauce on the satay always put it on the side so one can then have an option to use it as a dip sauce if you like.On Malaysian,they would ask you if you would like it on the side or top and I am sure the crew here asked you the same for your preference.Fruit bowl lacked creativity.Main course looked perfect.Dessert looked like a donut heritage.SQ planes always clean and spotless,love the A350 hospital like sanitized cabin smell.
Did you ask for permission to use the suction mount for your phone? When I record out the window I just hold the Gopro and let the stabilization fix. Thank you for showing the headphone adapter, I did not know they made one.
I travelled Singapore business class last week and it wasnt a good experience. I flew A350, A380 and 777 in different sectors.I was told i cant have amenity kit as it was kept for first class only. On top of that, there was no vegetarian food and all i ate was, Garlic bread and rice from economy.
Travelled with Singapore on economy class from Melbourne to Bangkok recently, the service was ordinary and the food was terrible. Upon arrival at Bangkok I discovered my luggage was left out at singapore , not impressed because I had to buy new clothes and other items

Bulk head seat are always block for some reason unknown. I flew SQ business yearly from SFO to SIN and have yet to snatch a bulk head seat.

I love Singapore. The last i was there i flew with Norwegian in 2017. And before that i flew with Emirates Business Class but this was 7 years ago.
As a local I feel it's sad that having to pay business class and one has to request for an amenity kit is ridiculous. Sorry I call a spade a spade.
I think Amenity kits are seriously overrated and 90% of the stuff inside is 90% expendable

Maybe it’s just my perception of distance but that looked pretty close with the Air Baltic! Aren’t they meant to maintain more separation than that?

Most lounges are accessible with a Business class ticket, so it shouldn't be a problem.
