Thank you for reframing and normalizing what we once thought were “weaknesses”. You are helping to reduce self-imposed shame

Love you Simon. Each day, your shorts, your soothing voice, and making us appreciate our weakness to use it your advantage.. Thank you!

Such wise words! After listening to him I realized what I should do in order to use my strength and not to be ashamed of my weakness!🎉 Also, I liked this: "Put yourself in places and situations where you can show your strength and don't put yourself in the situations where you don't feel comfortable" 😊

Dear friend, everyone has weaknesses, but it's important to remember that they can also be a source of strength. When you identify your weaknesses, you can work to develop skills in those areas, or partner with someone who complements your strengths. Remember to also focus on your strengths, as they can help you to stand out and make a positive impact. By embracing both your strengths and weaknesses, you can unlock your full potential and achieve greater success. Best of luck in finding strength in your weaknesses!

Good stuff, Simon! You’re right, it’s much better to identify one’s weaknesses as a way to find that extra motivation to make yourself better. Strengths, on the other hand, are there for you to take advantage of and amplify for it to become bigger.

Strengths and weaknesses depend on the context all the time, and I agree with that.

This was a great video and resonated with me 💯. If you're undecided about a career path or choosing a major in college it's helpful to go through a list of both of them and cross off the ones that you are not interested in or that require skills you are not proficient in and don't interest you. This allows you to really narrow down the list so you can focus your search and attention on the career paths that light you up, excite you and are in line with your skill set. 💛 It's ironic because I am terrible at math and I love being of service to people in their time of need. By recognizing those strengths and weaknesses in myself early on in my life it helped me to automatically eliminate any career paths that were rooted in math and numbers and directed my focus to areas in which my strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills could be utilized to produce the best results for myself and others. 💛 Presently I'm teaching my son this technique as well in an effort for him to try and discover the college major that is the best fit for him as well.💛

To redefine weakness as a Strength is in itself a Perpetuating Weakness! I suppose debt is also Prosperity & Shame is Viurtue...

This is both a great and a stupid example he's given. You wonder, why and what do I mean? Well, it depends on the context.

I don't agree at all. To be disorganized, for example is a weakness. If we take weaknesses as an opportunity to improve.. what happened to you is what they thought about the situation, not about your weakness or strength...
