- Some highlights of my recent trip down the TNJT over 450 miles from High Point State Park to the Cape May Light House.
This Part 1 video covers the northern/central section, from High Point to Princeton.
Also be sure to check out TNJT Creator Leon's UA-cam channel where he has some cool TNJT videos!

That dead end on old mine rd.. That issue has been going on for years. You detour around that small track pretty easy. I even reached out to the PS about it and they seemed to be happy not getting involved.
loved the video. About to go over and check some of this out myself. 😎
Nicely done! I did this section with Leon at a fast pace driving Turnersville up to High Point then followed the trail ending up at Great Adventure. I'm glad my Commander is a comfortable ride!
I’ve just recently learned about the TNJT. Can’t wait to make the trip!
Thx for publishing! Do you by any chance know where I can download the GPX file to load into my GPS?
Nice video. Doing this trail is one of my goals for 2020
Thanks! Do it, its a lot of fun.
Great videos. I'm looking to do this trip in the fall, possibly October. I live in South Jersey but I work in Trenton. So I'd probably head up to High Point after work on a Friday and then start early Saturday morning. My questions are do you think I can do most of it in a Rav4? I'd imagine I won't be able to get through all of the sand in the last third of the trip. Also, do you have any tips as far as the track to follow or do you GPX files?
Nice!! I liked!
Could you post a list of proper trails to take (legal and public) online
the route for this is available from the overlandbound forum or from the creator @pinecreekexpeditions
Did a quick scan through the videos, looks like a fun route. Are there any sections that require highway speeds? Planning on trying on a 125cc dual sport so 50 mph paved roads are about my limit.
Sorry, just saw your comment! Nah, I think you’ll be okay. The highest speed limits are 45-50 and I don’t think there’s much of that.
Is that 2meter antenna on the left side?
Do you think this is doable in a Subaru Forester? 8.7 inch of clearance and AWD?
Yes. Only issue is the part where I said I turned around. You'd have issues there too. Check out OK4WD's new video and you'll see what I mean. Otherwise just avoid the deep puddles in the pines. Pick your line and go around the edges of the puddles. Former Subaru guy here.
Great Adventure where can I get the map to do this trip whit my soon ?
It's available on the overland bound forum
