This is the first positive review I’ve seen about REM Beauty. I still don’t think the brand is for me, but it’s nice to see an opinion that isn’t completely “negative.”
How is this your first positive review you've seen? There are actually many positive reviews about the brand although they have mixed reviews for some of the products like the liquid eyeshadow, but a brand having a faulty product is normal.
We might watch the same creators, bc I've heard a lot of people not loving or even wanting to try it. Also.. Ariana Beauty? Haven't heard anyone else call it this lol
The design of the lipsticks packaging should win an award,so cute and I like that you can see the colour. I liked this style of video,seeing the looks you created after trying the products, the comparison of the two mascaras on each eye was really good. I can’t believe I didn’t notice the date today…. people were talking about this date for a long time.
Love the eye look with the falsies! ❤️ Also, my tip with the lip stain is to pat over it with your fingers then layer the clear lip gloss on top. This helps it look more uniformed and gives a “just bitten” kinda look. Hopefully that helps! Love you Allie!

The format is very audience friendly and i feel like you’re giving a more honest opinion about the product (not that you weren’t before). I have seen many reviews on this brand, and this is the only one that showcases the brand in a good light. I was not going to explore anything, but after the video, I think I might. Definitely like the lipsticks. The eye shadow palette is very pretty, but I have so many palettes that are similar. Thank you for this review!
I think so many people wanted something super different and then were disappointed. But I think this fits ariana very well plus it’s her first launch there is still more to come. Have fun with the products you choose to try :))

I'm so glad you got the matte lipsticks! I really wanted to try them but I was put off with the shipping situation early on, also really hoping the rumor of them coming to Ulta is true cause that would make it even easier to grab one
It gets even more interesting when the clock gets to 22.22 pm on 22.2.22 😊, which is a little over an hour and 15 minutes where I am in the U.K. I love the colours of the liquid shadows, and the Roller Skates lipstick is gorgeous.

I love how excited you get, Allie - I feel excited too about new makeup, it's just so fun! :D I have the REM lipstick shade "drive in movie" it's such a beautiful deep mauve and I love it! I have mine sitting on my dresser instead of being in a drawer because it's just too cute! :)
Make sure before you use a marker lip stain that you exfoliate your lips in that they are moisturized. I also find adding a gloss on top usually helps.
Hi Allie ❤, All of these eyeshadow are gorgeous 😍, those are definitely my go to formula's. If only there was a lot more of brands that would do this. Even if I can't purchase from the store that doesn't do the brand at least I'll be able to get online 😊. Watching your channel helps me so much 💕.
I absolutely love this style! With the lipsticks you should do a sheer layer and a more opaque layer to help with more tan and deeper skin tones! I personally didn't know if that was the most intense they could be with applied or not. That would be awesome for next videos! 😀 but regardless, this was an awesome review! Talking about them with demos playing in the background, love it!

BabsBeauty (Stephanie) is the Queen of using lip stains to create a gorgeous popsicle lip! She just puts a similar shade to the one you have on the middle inner part of her lips.. she pats it with finger then adds a nude lipstick and or gloss on top! Definitely check out some of her trying new makeup videos.. She explains it a few times! Hope that helps! It really looks gorgeous! I may pick up this product to TRY and recreate the looks that she does! 💕💕
I genuinely love her 7 products I’ve received from her that I purchased I feel the brand got a little bit too much hate right from the start and people have been attacking Ariana nonstop it’s so unnecessary I mean people wanted a celebrity brand that isn’t so expensive then Ariana makes her products so affordable as she can but then everybody was complaining how much shitty quality her products are I’m like what do y’all want then?! I got the highlighter because I was so excited for them the most, but the one I got is too dark for me, and the other pinky one broke 😭 I don’t even remember dropping it but it’s shattered. I’m gonna go by 2 more in shades that seem better for me, I love the lipstick and how they’re magnetic, the formula is so creamy is crazy! Those liquid shadows omg, I got the one you got worn the chunky glitter and I got the royal blue and the purple one and they’re the best thing I have in my collection. I loveeeee them!

actually, the lip stains intrigue me because years ago, my holy grail lip stain was literally in marker form from covergirl, AND OF COURSE THEY DISCONTINUED IT. that was the only thing that really lasted on my lips for like 6 hours minimum. my only tips for application are to exfoliate your lips beforehand, moisturize overnight before you use it, and then wipe off any balm or lip product that may still be on your lips before applying. for a marker lip stain to take well to your lips, they basically need to be as dry as possible. if you already did that and it's still splotchy it might just be a formula issue, but personally figuring out that my lips needed to be totally dry made my old holy grail marker stain apply really well.

What if you used the stain in the middle of the lips, softened out with your finger tips, then put the clear gloss on top. I think it would be a beautiful ombré look!

I like to layer the stains with corresponding shades. It seems to me that they last longer. Sometimes I just put the clear gloss over after it dries down. That way it doesn't look patchy. If it to patchy I just layer it again.

I’ve seen people wear the lip stain just in the center feathering in to a lipstick so it looks like you’ve just had a popsicle.
