And we are live! I sincerely hope you enjoyed watching this third video in my marathon training series 💫 This full week of training became one big project for me to put together into a video for you but I am really happy with the result. Once again I’d love to hear your opinion on which part(s) you enjoyed the most and why :) Thank you for being a part of this journey with me!
I just want to say that you and your videos have really made reflect on recognising how important it is to respect your body for all that it can do seeing all the brilliant possibilities that life allows if you support and love yourself you really do inspire me and I know that sound cringe but it’s true thanks I want to get strong like you
I have been running for a while now but never dared to attempt marathon training, but you are really inspiring me to try and attempt some more half marathons and then start marathon training and fuel adequately. Tak for at du også viser hvordan man burde spise når man træner! Du er for sej ❤
I haven't commented in so long again but, as always I watch your videos every time they come out and I want to say (again), I'm soooo incredibly proud of you. I thought I was already as proud as I could be but here I am, even more prouder than before of you! You are doing incredible. Living your best life as you should, it's great to see you doing what you love and growing stronger and more confident everyday. Stay wonderful, angel! Keep conquering!
Loved this video, always looking forward to your seeing more of your content! Thank you for sharing your journey, and best of luck with your training!!
BUMMER I have a absolutely no clue how I missed it but the dates are obviously in MARCH and not February 😵💫 Correct timeline is from Monday march 4th to Sunday March 10th xx
@@katharinaschneiderr yess it will be ! It’s so scary as I the furthest distance I have run is 26km that’s why your videos are so reassuring for me because you’re in the same situation ! 🫶
hey, this is very inspiring as i really want to get into running! one huge problem i have, however, is dealing with my shin splints. do you have any recommendations on how to help ease the pain or how to help prevent it in the future?
Hey! sorry about your problems. Unfortunately I have not experiences anything related to shin splints but I guess it could come down to various things - overtraining, not stretching enough, wrong shoes, etc.
Being told you shouldn’t do something you love is really difficult to cope with… proving to yourself that you can do the things you love in a healthy way validates the progress you’ve made… running is not a punishment for eating but a reward for taking care of yourself… perhaps after this marathon she will take a break from running…I agree that a lot of cross over from ED to over exercising occurs…
Thank you for your message Laura🩷 At this point in my life, I am healthy and fit to run and train for this marathon. This has been discussed with my family, friends, doctors and other professionally qualified people to ensure this. I sincerely hope you’ll rewatch these videos and try to detach me, who I am today, from that person you watched in recovery during my weight gain series. Of course it’ll always be a part of me but my life is not controlled by my past anymore and it’s an honour to finally be able to live fully and do what I’ve always dreamt of. Just like another comment mentioned, running is a reward for me - being able to do what truly brings me joy whilst still maintaining a healthy body and mind. I will speak more about this in my next video so you can look forward to that 🩷
Depends on a lot of things! Duration, hunger levels, time of the day etc. I suggest you watch my previous video with two full days of eating and training :)
I totally get what you mean "stay in a comfortable pace or distance." I struggle a lot with that, but today I pushed forward 🫡 Also a question do you still take hormone pils for your period? Because I will possibly start to take them as well...
Hii dear! Well done - it’s good to get out of our comfort zones from time to time! I don’t take HRT anymore (hormonal replacement treatment). I quit a couple of months ago to let my body try and find its own balance again. Up until recently I’ve been having very irregular periods but they’re finally starting to fit into a ‘normal’ cycle again. I suggest you take them, if that’s what your doctor or someone else professionally advises you to! 🤞🏼
@@katharinaschneiderrcould you please tell me more about your experience with HRT? I've been suggested to start using this treatment as a way to prevent weakening of my bones. How lond did you take it for? how did your body respond? any side effects? I would appreciate it if you could provide as many details as possible :)
send me a message on Instagram and I'll elaborate. I will talk more about my health rn in my next UA-cam video but for the moment, not dedicate an entire video to HRT :) @@fiolet94
