One thing you forget to mention is even though the unique gun may be bad by obtaining them you unlock the unique gun skin for the normal version
This gives “useless” guns some worth collecting

When I first got surf and turf wasn't impressed by specs but ended up loving it for early game action
Love the vids🙏. I hope they add some way to upgrade weapons to 4 stars because once you get the 4 star rifles, it kinda feels like they are so much stronger than the other rifles that it makes them seem obsolete in comparison.

I've not been playing fc6 that long and made a special boat trip for urushi as soon as I was off the main island. it is a fantastic rifle, I swapped pretty quickly though once I picked up a as val and added a couple of mods. it is a beast.

The libertad black market as val has been my fav assault rifle for a minute the gold skin on this gun looks incredible. Hard not to use all of the linertad variants of any of your fav guns. The ssgp 58, the irushi, the as val, the mp5 and now my new fav the libertad ak47 weopons are incredible

Awesome vid with the quick location tips. I actually have a lot of the higher tier treasure hunts but haven't done them yet, now I have to hop on them.
I been using a gun Called Bliss it’s Basically urushi without a suppressor and uses Incendiary Rds, gotta say Love how deadly it is, Headshots are Gross and if it doesn’t kill it sets them ablaze to land more shots, it also sets Vehicles on fire 🔥 Awesome gun for the Start up game!!
Urushi is my favourite, love how it feels and looks.

if you didn’t know, once you get a unique gun, you can apply it’s skin to the original gun that it is based off of
Best weapons are 4 stars with the most mod slots, but some guns are just inherently better than others. 3 star desert eagle is gonna be better than the 4 star revolver. That being said the overclocked 4 stars are always solid imo

Don't forget, the Stealth Gloves in the Black-market this week, that adds added damage to all silenced weapons. That cant be over looked. Its just to good of a combination with all weapons. Better hurry and buy them since the Black-Market is about to change in a day or two.
Idk if it was an update after the vid but there's a Stranger Things mission (yes like the series) where you get a rifle a shotgun and something else and im in love with the rifle
Before I got the surf and turf I felt weak. With surf and turf I felt strong
IMO the sks is the best weapon in the game when it comes to rifles... SSGP 58 as well but nothing beats the sks
my favorite gun i loved is urushi
SSGP-58 is more reliable than the One Ping Only (AS VAL), it has higher damage, accuracy, stealth, handling and magazine. Also SSGP-58 is a 4 stars rifle with 5 attachment mods.

@@deusvultpictures6550 The point everyone here needs to understand is Unique is only how it looks. You can literally go and make the same weapon with your own attacements and it will be objectively better.
I got urushi super early just bought the only base in the area dropped in snuck past the one guard nabbed it

It's a semi full automatic shotgun based on the RMS-18. Which I like better. Because I can speck it out as I like: Buckshot rounds, suppressor, 3x mid-range scope, laser pointer, extended mad, (16), Gut-Wrencher, Trigger Discipline. Slapped the Com.Pew.Ter. livery on it and added the disco ball charm. Perfect. ❤️
Honorable mention - If you can't get the Vector, I suggest the MP7. A SMG with a firing rate of 950. A real ripper.
I used it for simple infantry with hollow points. Beefed the magazine size to 40 with the extended mag mode and the two most used modes that increase damage.
GUT-WRENCHER, improves body shot weapon damage.
TRIGGER DISCIPLINE, improves aimed weapon damage.

normal version of surf&turf is sick,1 shot headshot on every enemy,silencer on it,i started playing few days ago and it's looking to be best weapon in the game
found one in the shop that has same stats just bit more damage,for $2000 or whatever money is in game,it's also sick,forgot the name

The unique Eastern Front Mosin Nagant is the best sniper rifle in the game if you max out the mods, which it has plenty of, including double damage. And like 6 attachments, including double sights, an acog and whatever scope on top. Expanded mag, laser if you want, any muzzle attachment youd like.

There is a note under the buildin and it has the order of the switches
To me some of these rifles, if they just simply had a scope on them would be absolutely phenomenal. I was really disappointed on a few of them because you can tell while using it that if it just had a simple little holographic dot would make it so damn good

I know im late but the urushi made stealth so much easier early on.
agree w you on viva libertad. i got it very very early. it didnt do anything for me as far as defense really. i acquired a 4 star riffle somehow, automatic, put blast rounds in it and within 5-7 shots took down a copter. i know its a 4 star but without it id be in a jam at times. im about 20% into the game and am freeing the red areas up first before i do most of the stories so i can acquire more weapons to assist. now having several more weapons of diff kinds the liberta
d riffle is useless to me.

I think you did Urushi i justice by saying it's hard to get. It's probably one of the easiest to get weapons.
If you want to know how, please search some videos. In short, you need to build the hideout network, buy the esparanza hideout, go and drive about 200 m to the lication and viola. You will most likely face 0 enemies on your way there so don't be afraid.

The armour penetrating rounds are so overturned my grandma can probably speed run the whole game with the autocrat unique pistol
when you say single shot with a mag of 4 (just to help you, single shot means a mag of 1 IE... 1 shot and reload) primary word being single no mag
How far into the game is one ping? I just reached the camp where you first see the little dog on wheels! Haven't had a great amount of time to sit and game as always working... That rifle looks so good 👍 can't wait to add this to my load out.
One Ping Only is really far into the story. Might want to pick up Urushi until then
Without spoilers, its basically at the end of the games story.
The One Ping is based on the AS VAL.
A tier 3 rifle. You can turn that into a really usable allrounder.
Armour piercing rounds, advanced 5x mid-range optic, laser pointer, Gut Wrencher and Extended Mag mod, (27/mag).
I left mine black because it looks more badass.
I feel very secure with that weapon.

I didn't get the one ping at the beginning of the mission I had to restart a new game just to see if my game glitch badly on me

My favorite vehicle is the flying buggy.
The Angelito FW Turbo. You can fly straight and still look left and right. Besides, once you're flying you can put the controller down and it will keep flying. Gives you time to grab a snack.

Does anyone else have problems with matchmaking? My friends don’t really play FC so I was hoping to hop into some random worlds, but out of countless attempts the matchmaking always fails

I kinda figured that the special weapons were more collectables than anything... its a new skin. You can make the same base weapon better and make it look the same.
I assume there are challenges associated with each special weapon, so there is some reasons to actually use them.
But they pretty much exist to exhibit the talent of the design team that made them.
Plus absurdity has always been a part of Far Cry.
Yeah but unique weapons are useful when you're at the early game because at that time you don't have enough stuff to upgrade your weapon
@@Shreyaan. that AP pistol you find first is really handy. The guilded Makarov. And I used the LMG with the explosive rounds on choppers a few times... forget what it was.
But that M14 they give you right out the gate is the best rifle for a long time.... til you can get the better M14 lol.
I guess it depends on your playstyle. I do a lot of sneaking and head popping.
I roll the SKS cus I just like an SKS.
I used the 45-70 lever action as my sniper for a bit too. Far Cry always has that Winchester and its always OP. I guess a 45-70 Govt. is actually bigger than a .50 Beowulf (not the caliber, the brass) so it kinda makes sense.
And I do use the hell out of the Oboe launcher 🤣
The artwork on the special weapons is awesome, one of the best things I can say about FC6. The design team had a good time.
Zona-51 is my favorite..
MS16 S/L and Libertad Costum MS16L Very high damage with 22 mag
Great scope / AP rounds / Best surpressor / Large mag.
Even Special Forces Headschot kill 1 round

They should have 10+ player open world multi-player and this game would still be kicking
2:20 Slight correction, it wasn't the first Insurgency reward. The first reward was a desert eagle on the first week of FC6's release. Stupid, I know. I had to rush everything, skip every cutscene, just to get the first insurgency reward. Had 7 hours to spare before the first insurgency was finished.

I rather prefer Urushi to OPO, mostly cause I think 30 round mags are way more versatile than 20 round mags.
When I try to equip mods on unique weapons it says can not be improved at the work bench. So how do I equip on unique weapons
You can’t modify unique weapons, you can only modify standard weapons

Pretty much any weapon gets you a kill with a headshot. Even pistols
....These are STORE PURCHASED GUNS but "Hammer of the Gods" and "White Lotus" are game changing weapons !! Simply Marvellous !! Lol
Never ended up using unique weapons, I found the BP-2 early on and then switched it for the AR-C with that electronic scope, canted ironsights with a laser, no suppressor because it makes guns sound awful and makes game too easy.
Last weapon location?
AP raounds should do less body damage, they have less stopping power than hollow points(soft target raounds) in real life that would balance it better
People also don't take 4 sniper shots to the chest point blank in real life, and in this game you require AP rounds to get through their adamantite exoskeletons.

I noticed a letter stating the parents of kids need to be questioned to see if there kids support Clara anyway the treasure hunt sweet fifteen there's a letter mentioned there parents never showed up then later the building where jonron and el tigre died there's a pics of the unicorn horse and fifteen. I need to read all the letters but did the soldiers set this up just to separate the parents from the kids to question them. If there's nothing being said to back my theory up I think we as players need to investigate this for the girl n her parents

I have a question I hope you can help me with. I play Farcry 6 on a PS4. I prefer to play stealth. I got the sniper rifle on the tutorial island and when I tried to fire it nothing happened. I tried the R1 button first and then tried several other buttons. Still did not shoot. I thought this might be a glitch for this rifle so as soon as possible I went to the far northeast of the map and got another sniper rifle from the light house. This one would not fire either. Is anyone else having this problem? All my other weapons work fine.
That’s really strange. I haven’t heard of that issue. Have you tried both firing modes (scoped and non-scoped)? That’s the only thing I can think of. It’s a really weird issue
