All dynamic stretching exercises....prep one's body....by "preloading" the nervous system. When one walks through a deep grass trail....does the next person walking the same "trail".....have it easier or more difficult than the first? Consider the nervous system; firing more efficiently....to the route muscles as effective prime movers with warm up....not to mention blood flow efficiencies, heated muscles, etc.

everything is bad for knee, only lying down with nacho is good for knee
its bad if there is no warm-up prior to stretching
