These moves are gold. Have been doing them for years. They not only increase flexibility but also energize. I feel fully energized after going through the cycle. There’s also enough resistance to count these “warmups” as an actual workout. I’m always in a pinch for time, often having enough time just to go through these moves. Even with these alone, I can maintain my overall level of shape. Thanks, Mark.

Mark you are an excellent coach and ur attention to detail is 2nd to none, and your so easy to listen to which makes it easy to learn and Benefit from your movement prep exercises. It's so easy to see that movement preparation exercises really should be the Core fundamentals of any athletes warm up routines or to anyone in general to maintain the freedom of "Movement " where you prevent injury improve posture for a guaranteed better quality of life no matter what your into?? Gardening, playing with your kids or Grandchildren to competitive sports amature to professional. Athletics, football, Golf, Swimmers, Triathletes, Rugby this is the best foundation for it all. I've learned so much from you Mark by reading your books and would like to thank you dearly for posting these video's as a way to make sure you don't go wrong. Man It would be my dream job to work at one of your centres to learn and teach everything you promote at Core performance training facilities. Much Love and respect reporting here from Ireland 🇮🇪🏅🏈🥊🇺🇸

Hey there, so much more than leg muscles, your getting improvements in Core strength, Balance, stability and mobility. Promote this to anyone you know involved in any sports whatsoever and they will improve n more importantly prevent those nagging injuries that come with over training. I think Arnold Schwarzenegger's quote of "No pain no gain" is very much a quote that has led to millions of injuries. Just Google Arnold injuries and you'd be sitting at your laptop or phone for month's and even checkout his PB For 100m I think the woman's over 65yrs record is faster than what he was capable of in his heyday. Looked good on stage or in front of the mirror but his functionality was pretty poor to say the least. Hope your finding the benefits yourself if consistently putting in your 15/20mins 4 or 5 times a week that approx 1 hr a week, not a bad investment at all. Keep up the good work mate 🇮🇪🤘🏅
