So with swarming, what if you have two tasks in a story and 3 developers, would it be practical to swarm in this scenario? I know there are MANY variables to my question, but as a rule of thumb, is it practical?
Hey Harry, I would say pair-programming would be a good solution. Depending on many factors (do all know how to do it, their tech seniority, etc) my first shot would be to have one work on 1 task and 2 on the other - e.g. the more complex one. What do you say?
