2017 Chrysler Pacifica Oil Change - short quick video

Easy oil change performed on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The cartridge filter is a bit different than the traditional metal plated filter. See video for location of filter and drain plug. Tools needed with links:
1/2” Socket set with 13mm (drain plug) and 15/16” (filter housing) sockets
Stubby flat head

I think the oil filter on top is an awesome idea It makes it easier. I would have never found it... Also when I bought this 6 months ago I cannot find a Hanes or a Chilton manual how to repair them. Has anybody come across a repair manual for these? I don't want to buy an official Chrysler repair manual that is going to be 500 pages long I just need to cover basic servicing...

Thank you for the video. I've just gotten one of these and have no clue how to work on it. Cars are completely different than they were 50 years ago... But anyway I thought that this was going to be probably a 3-hour job but it looks like a 15 minute job and I'm going to tackle it and get it done. Great video Thank you again for the help saved me a trip to the repair shop...

Great video. Gives all the bolt sizes and locations! Thank you...I use 5w /20 (for more engine protection) now that the dealer isn't changing the oil anymore

The designer of this truck really hated people who maintain their own vehicles. It’s so uncomfortable to work anything under the hood.
Except the oil and filters. Everything else, you have to take out 20 other parts before reaching 😔
