    Very nice workmanship! Loved the cute details of wood clasp and sun motif. Your love for your daughter shows in that.
    Your daughter is so darn cute!!! Adorable expression. That's a nice age before they get all sassy on you. She's learning a lot watching you, very good!
    I needed this video. I am building some desks for my RV, very narrow like this one. Gave me some inspiration, thank you! Please wear safety glasses when you work.

    Just right size for her! So cute! Saves a lot of floor space, and folds away when not in use, perfect design. Nice work on eliminating the chains to hold it up.
    Please don't add music to any DIY videos. It hurts the ears. Natural sounds are best.

    hey, great project, I'm trying to make a similar project and what I was looking for was how to add some hinge supports on either side of the fold-out panel.. to give a little more support when you write on the surface and I think this project would also need it too.
    I don't know if I'm explaining it well, I think it's called a "butler's drawer"? with kind of round groove metal hinge-supports on either side of the writing surface..
    but anyway, nice work!

    We kept finding we needed a folding table. This is so easy to store. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxStL0QRChBju4aQlnTrRgBZvafFog0KU3 Opening and closing is easy as well. It has a great handle for carrying around the house. Its pretty lightweight and slides around easy. We bought it for our daughter’s first sleepover. Breakfast was a blur - but 12 7-8 year olds fit at the table with room to spare. We used it at thanksgiving and 6 adults fit comfortably on each side plus 2 on either end for a total of 8. Super easy to clean up afterwards as well.

    This is great. I would love to have one of these too. If you live in the Chicago area, I would totally buy one from you. I would probably like to add a mirror to the cover and keep everything else the same. Nice work.

    I bought this for my friend for his birthday as we just moved into a new house and he finally has room for a workshop. The bench was very easy to set up ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh They center support is a little difficult to snap in and out of place at first but at least then we know the bench is secure. It was a pleasant surprise when we saw it came with clamps. I apparently missed that in the description. My friend loves the versatility of the bench. Great starter bench for his workshop and easily transportable all over our property. I wish the bench was a little taller but the other features of the bench more than make up for that.

    How you added the support for the foldable table is very elegant, way more elegant than i have seen in other versions of foldable tables. Question: how stable is it really? Good enough that an adult can lean on it (not with their full weight, I'm talking the typical weight desk work would create). Thanks

    • @mjremy2605
      @mjremy2605 Рік тому

      No I would not do that for an adult. You could add swing out metal legs that tuck sideways under the desk and lock into place - 90 degree angle.

    Very cool build and concept. Beware brad nailing at eye level that close without eye protection and with fingers in path of the nail- blowout is a bitch and just a matter of time (speaking from first hand experience and as a medical practitioner who has treated hundreds of people for those types of injury including many who had to have knuckles fused because the nail hit the joint and destroyed the joint surfaces). Like the build and hope you stay injury free so you can keep building with your daughter.
