Pls Fabizy, I need more guidelines on how to smash beep test. My 2k run is 9:39. But I am finding it challenging to keep up till level 6 of my beep test practice. AC coming up in August. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks for your videos
The bleep test is basically just endurance so I would say the best way to prepare for it is find the audio and set up the area for it which is just 20m if I remember correctly and just try get as high as possible and if you want to find out what you need for the career you want to do just phone your local careers office and they should be able to tell you what you need to know
@@Danny-gb2kj How come, is a bleep test easier than a 2k? I ain't done a bleep test for about 10 years+ Was training my run, but guess it's all transferable?
Tsar Nicholas the lowest pass mark is about level 7, which is equivalent to jogging for around 7:30 seconds. It’s much easier at the lower levels. If you have to get a higher level it’s probably harder though, since it speeds up and you’ll be hanging out
