Start phase 1 in November! Got a little bit of a wait but looking forward to it! Fabziy you've completed changed my fitness dude! April I was 14 an a half stone! Passed selection 2 weeks ago at 11 an a half stone! My current run time for 2k is 9.43, april time it was 13.49! Watching your videos has pushed me to get what I want! Put the work in and get it done! Big up fabziy

Few tips for you,drink plenty of water,even when not training,you'll be surprised how many suffer from dehydration,be a good team player,people say not to volunteer, but I say do it early,reason is you will show willing,your instructors will respect that,and not only that as time goes on yourll be asked less as you showed the willingness at the beginning,its sets you in good stead,humour is a must,and above all enjoy,if you suffer any setbacks,focus,learn from it and come back stronger:)
You're pretty inspiring, Covid has made me unemployed and after looking for a long time theres no job that speaks to me out there. Other than the military, started training for the first tests and as knackering as it is i feel great! I'm glad i found your channel so thank you

In the mess we keep our social distancing.....you can always buy your own masks in the shops prior for Pirbright

Im waiting on asssessment i heard they changed 2km run for a beep test what is the best way to prep for the beep test?
The bleep test is basically just endurance so I would say the best way to prepare for it is find the audio and set up the area for it which is just 20m if I remember correctly and just try get as high as possible and if you want to find out what you need for the career you want to do just phone your local careers office and they should be able to tell you what you need to know

Was training my run, but guess it's all transferable?
Tsar Nicholas the lowest pass mark is about level 7, which is equivalent to jogging for around 7:30 seconds. It’s much easier at the lower levels. If you have to get a higher level it’s probably harder though, since it speeds up and you’ll be hanging out

What kit do you use for your video's such as different angles or camera's you set up i really like the way your video's are made so also how you edit them will be really useful for me im hoping to do vlogging myself or a youtube video on how you make and setup your video's whilst in army lifestyle anything will be useful and thank you for your effort im always on the look out for new vids.

Spent alot of time in Catterick garrison. I dont know if you've already done this, or even if you can! However with potential new recruits, could you show a video on what to expect when you first arrive! I know it was a shock to my system how fast things took off. Yes mate always strive for gold in whatever you’re doing. A lot of people settle for good enough which is fair enough but you want that gold standard. Wether combat/logi/medic/whatever, aim to smash it. Your only competitor is yesterdays you. Don’t look to scrape what’s necessary to get by just be the best for yourself and you’re golden. All the best mate 💪
