OMG Someone's Mom 'cleaned' out a closet without permission I am sure. I had a friend 35 years ago that happened to while he was at Basic Training. Mom did not find his "seconds" comic books in the garage. He took 3 of those when he got back and sold those 3 second class comic books for $900. His Mom denied the books she tossed were worth $35k despite the example of 3 lesser books bringing in an instant $900. She tossed a box of 50 comics well worth $35k.
Wow thats awesome! I found a sealed copy of SotE earlier this year from my storage unit lady. Mine had some bad crushing on the side so I wont be grading mine. I think you should grade it. Karl jobst still collects graded games despite him making the video lol.
Were you able to get the marker off of that video game packaging? Or off of the LEGO set? I haven't run into permanent marker yet but I'm curious if you were able to get it off and how.
***You are gonna want to read this!!! I've got a magical tip for you.... the secret to getting the permanent marker off.. . Is..... a dry erase marker!!! I'm telling you, my daughter came home from school one day, and said that they were using their dry eraceboards in class, but she used a permanent marker on accident and the teacher said to use the dry erace marke-r and it'll come right off... oh my gosh can I tell you how awesome that was to learn! So yeah, dry erase will ge t the permanent marker off. Just "scribble" over the permanent, then, wipe it, and it will ALL come off! 😁😁😁😉 from your new favorite person🤞🏼🤭 Hope that helps! Chow~
I get your dilemma with getting it graded. Perhaps, the answer to the question of whether or not to get a graded, is to remember that you are just a cog in the wheel of the reseller system. There is no doubt the sealed video games and other collectibles are being pumped up for many reasons. But that doesn’t negate the fact that if you could make 3-4-5 times your money, you should do it. We all have some sort of retirement plan to include 401(k)s. Keeping this in mind, you can say that we all are part of a system that is rigged in someway. I think it’s more about whether or not you want to take the cash, or are willing to wait to get the item back after it’s graded, then it is whether or not you should take the additional money from getting a graded, I understand the ethical part of this question, but no matter how you look at it, we are all part of a system that we have little control over.
Crazy find! I found a bunch of sealed big box PC games at my local thrift for 1 dollar each a few years ago. I would totally say that if they are sealed and no one else has one listed put a really high Buy it now and accept offers. I got WAY more than I expected for my haul
In regards to the grading, try to get in contact with Phoenix Resale, he does a lot of graded videogame stuff. He can tell you if its bigger than you think. ua-cam.com/users/PhoenixResale

Incredible fines! Congratulations. And thanks for the Content
Congrats on your finds! You have given me hope that someday I might find sealed video games at a buyable price.
Great finds! No advice on the grading but keep us posted on your decision and when it sells!

It came off the plastic wrap just fine. I had to ruin the box a little on the lego set to get it off of there though
I'm happy for you!
Amazing finds!
My daughter was way into Putt Putt in the late 90’s! That is so cute. And that N64 game!!! 😮

How did they price that at $3????
How do you find that many good things and at low prices? Blows my mind.
The Midwest is the last bastion of affordable anything.
Congratulations
Congratulations!
Do you have a course for beginners???
It's rare (the Star Wars game) just because of the odds of it getting crushed are so high. The stories that box could tell...
Wow - amazing finds! Did you send it out to grade yet?
Not yet, I'll update on Instagram when anything happens.
Incredible
I wouldn’t send anything. It could be damaged or “lost” . do in person or not at all at that price. How do you get the market off?
A wet magic eraser took it off quickly without leaving any hazing or damage to the wrap
congrats thats is so awesome its gives me hope lol
Take a bunch of photos and list away. Looks to be in perfect condition. Great find 🤗
Definitely someone's collection.
Holy shit. I don’t know about grading. I might ask another UA-camr (Phoenix resale or retro Rick) for some game grading guidance! Amazing finds!!

Woohoo! Sorry I am not one to ask advice on video games, but I think you’ll do well either way!
Right place at the right time, thats all it takes

You know all these videos just make the problem worse right?
