Nice update. I was just dealing with the drip rail seams on my 68 Highboy. I appreciated seeing the work you had to do. Also, I think you should get one of the original radios to put back in it. I always try to find a decent one to put back in it even though I don’t intend on listening to it. lol. I usually add a hidden Bluetooth set up of some kind anyway. I just like old original look. My two cents. Probably only worth one. 😅

Great job on identifying all the little details that previous owners hacked or changed. Love the crew cab content. Just a thought, not a criticism, one of my favorite channels is Dirtlifestyle. Reason I mention him is because he commentates during the work on the stuff he works on. He records all the action/work and then voice overs what, why, how, he is doing whatever task/work. Just a thought for your videos. To me it creates a little more how to, while watching the progress. He is typically a one man show like yourself. Great job on everything.

A radio in a truck is a plus for me. What type of media will be used? And why do you have them blast it with the doors on? Personally I would have liked to have watched you put the speaker patches in. Thanks for the update.
I’m going to try to catch the owner when I’m up there and get some more detailed information on the blasting process. The doors are on for transport I tell them they can take them off if they want but they normally leave them on. And sorry this video is kinda just me talking. Very limited time when I was able to work on it so I was trying to get as much done when I could and just catch up with the camera later. I’ll have more time for the next one I’ll get some more action shots 👍🏻 thanks For watching!

Let us know how the high build epoxy works out. Typically epoxy primers do not sand very well. It is basically a spray able glue so it gums up the sand paper. I’m really interested to see how a high build acts.
Will do, the custom shop that’s doing a lot of our painting turned me on to it. They seem to like it a lot so I’m eager to try it out!
