For me, the Vilta M for sure... but if you like/want the selfie stick feature of the Vimble 2, that's something you'll definitely only get with that one.
Hey Scott, great vid and thanks for the honest review. I've already received the gimbal based on reviews but just wanted to find others for something more in depth and yours is by far the best one. I'm new to the filming game and a mountain runner based in North Wales, UK with a view to building a successful channel, so the info you give is a great help. Really excited to get started. Thx again and subscribed :)
Hi! Thanks so much for watching and I'm really glad that it was helpful! I appreciate the sub and never hesitate to let me know if you have any questions :)
Thanks Scott for your review, no need to apologize for being honest. It was helpful for me as a beginner trying to decide on this product as an affordable and travel-friendly option for making smooth videos. This was really the tipping point. I'm going to Japan in 2 weeks for the first time and look forward to testing out the Vimble 2 there!
Hey great to hear you found this helpful :-D Not sure if it's your first time to Japan or not but I'm sure you'll love it! It's a great season to visit :) Enjoy the Vimble as well!
Hey Scott, thanks for the Review of the FeiyuTech Vimble 2. I just purchased me one, and I can’t wait to get it on Tuesday from an eBay seller that is a franchisee of FeiyuTech. My first gimbal was the Summon 4K, But like the Vimble 2, It had its setbacks as far as quality. My main issue was the microphone, because I record concerts of local bands, and the one main issue was the tiny microphones in my previous gimbal.I have a reason to believe that this one was designed mostly to work with iPhone seven and above. I do not think this was designed to work with android. My smart phone is this solution for getting good quality audio just like with video. Thanks for this awesome review. You have a lovely family! Lots of love!
An excellent review indeed. It explains some features I cannot find in the manual (bought my Vimble yesterday). I also have to say that you have a beautiful family - must be something with the genes! 😉
Not sure if their is a setting I haven't found but when using the app I would like to tell it where to record video to, since my phone doesn't have as much memory. I want it to recorded to the added sd card. My only solution has been to not use the app and use the camera recording instead which does allow me to chose the recording location.
Sorry- haven't been able to test it with Android so really unsure about these options. Hopefully another viewer can chime in with their experience here.
Thank you for a great in depth review Scott. I am on business in Bangkok and almost bought this yesterday, but was hesitant. One thing that I noticed when a salesman was showing this to a customer is that when he powered the device on, the gimbal appeared to “vibrate,” which I thought was odd.
Richard Truman thanks for watching! The vibration could be caused by the motor power being too strong for whatever phone was mounted on there... overall this isn’t a bad gimbal and the extending handle is unique and useful, but otherwise there are better choices for not much more money (the Freevision Vilta M and Moza Mini-Mi are my favorites)
Scott Dumas Scott Dumas You’re quite welcome. I didn’t consider that, but it wasn’t a “plus” size iPhone that the salesmen had installed. I think that I will go with the Vilta M as it was a toss up between the Vilta and the Osmo. I guess that it boils down to personal preference. Hopefully, the wife doesn’t see this video as the gimbal is for her and she may want the selfie stick part of it. 🤣
Thank you for this video. I just got this gimbal yesterday. I’m a complete newbie, looks like the baby girl knows more about videoing than I do lol. So this is so very appreciated
I've being using one since May this year. After carrying it on a Top Pocket of my Backpack on a hiking trip, IT failed on the first day, Engine got hot and stopped. After that the second Axis also sotpped working. It's too fragile. I've enjoyed the extending function and videos got very nice when filming myself. Unfortunatelly it's too short lived.
I'm sorry to hear that :( Not super surprised though unfortunately... I wasn't overly impressed with the build quality. Hope you find something that keeps you happier for longer!
I tried something like that with my son and it wasn't anywhere near successful haha. I guess it would depend on the situation/speed etc but I don't think it would do very well, at least not consistently.
Over-responsiveness might become big problem especially when you try to take cinematic shot. In my gimbal which is some China no name production there is actually PC software. It looks like windows 3.11 but there are sliders to adjust the sensitivity. My one is set up to 4% for tilting and 7%for panning. Users needs to acces this settings as each of us has different style and needs.
Can you film yourself and then have it reverse the view to see what is in front of you. I want it on me so I can explain what people are about to see and then be able to flip the view to what I am looking at. Can it do that?
Thanks for watching :) It didn't for me, and that might be a sign of the motor strength being too high or the balance being off. Make sure your balance is ok and the motors shouldn't get that hot.
I picked up the Vimble2 and I'm just starting to get used to it. One thing I'm struggling with is to get the Vimble2 to stay in a locked position when it's on the stand and stationary. I'd like to be filing at a slight down angle ( lock mode turned on ) but it seems to always want to correct itself to it's neutral position. Is this normal behavior? Thanks and great vid!
Hi! Calibrating it might help, usually that will address drift type issues. If you try that a couple times and still have the problem, maybe try contacting Feiyu Tech about it.
Thank you, Scott, for the great and detailed video. Would you mind helping me to chose the best one possible for the iPhone 7, 8 and 10 plus as they have double lenses and many people saying that video won't be taken sharp with gimbals when using these phones in action? I appreciate it in advance.
Thank you for watching! I used this with the iPhone X in my review, so the video you're seeing is all from the iPhone X. It seemed to work pretty well, but either way the gimbal won't have any affect on the actual quality of the camera/lens. Of the gimbals I've tried so far, the Freevision Vilta M was my favorite, both the gimbal itself and the app. This FT Vimble is cool for the extending handle though, something you won't get with other designs.
Hi thanks for a great review. I used dji osmo mobile before but sold it due to short reach. Are you able to use the shutter button and record button with stock app?
Help ! Anyone know why i don’t have the timelapse Button on my Vicool app ? I’m on iPhone X, with a brand new vimbal 2... i’m a little bit disapointed at this Time...
Hi Scott. Thank you for making these video reviews (I actually watched all of the smartphone gimbal reviews you made). I have a question that people may have asked the most frequent, but of all the gimbals you have reviewed, which one do you like best and that you would recommend us (your viewers) to get? It seems to me that you are leaning towards the Smooth 4, but you are also equally impressed by the Vinta M. I have an upcoming holiday trip that I would like to bring a smartphone gimbal with me to take videos, timelapses, hyperlapses, etc., so if you have any recommendation, I would really appreciate it. I use an iPhone X. Thanks! And again, otsukaresama desu!
Hi! Thanks so much for watching them all! I appreciate that :) I'd definitely recommend the Vilta M the most unless you want more buttons/functions. The Vilta can still do pretty much all of it, but there are more dedicated buttons on the Smooth 4. The build quality, smoothness and app for the Vilta M are definitely better than the Smooth 4 though. Aside from that the Moza Mini-Mi might actually be my second choice, due to the wireless charging and 8 follow modes. The app does still leave a little to be desired at the moment but it's not terrible. I actually think Zhiyun's is a bit more frustrating sometimes and the build quality is very similar between the Smooth 4 and Moza, except for the more comfortable grip on the Moza. Anyway, long story short: the Vilta M is still my favorite. :) I used it with the iPhone X so your experience should be pretty much in line with mine I would think :) Hope that helps! お疲れ様です!
really very nice video. full of important info that other videos here do mention. By the way can you shoot in full rotation roll? in its 320° rotation? Just like the first person view in a plane's cockpit while spinning. something like that. :)
Thanks so much! I believe you could, in lock mode pointed straight out, then using the joystick but you might have a hard time getting perfect rotation without affecting the other axes. The Moza Mini-Mi has that mode specifically, called "inception mode" that makes it much easier to get the effect. :)
scorptale hi! You totally can and I actually did that the first day I tested it and it worked great (the cameras stabilization helps)... if you connect your phone to the gimbal via Bluetooth you can still start and stop video from the button on the handle as well. :)
Hello - I’ve got quick question: is the front button (trigger which locks rotation) is tactile/clicky or flat and hard to say if it’s pressed or not? Should it back to it’s original position after releasing? I’m wondering if my gimbal button is broken out-of-the-box or if it is normal behavior. Thanks! MM
It's been a while since I used this, but in my memory it was somewhere in between... not quite clicky but not so flat that you can't feel that it's pressed. It also went back to its original position when you released it, so if yours doesn't that sounds like something is wrong.
There are a few good choices... the Moza Mini-Mi and Freevision Vilta SE are both under $100 and very nice gimbals. I love the original Freevision Vilta M as well, probably my favorite overall (not as many features, but very very solid) but it is about $30 more. Snoppa Atom is an interesting choice as well- a bit cheaper feeling in my opinion but has lots of nice features and is very compact. Hope that helps!
Thanks so much! You know, while it's not my favorite gimbal on the market, but for $50 I don't think you could go wrong here. Haven't tried it with the new app but overall FeiyuTech has been getting better and better from what I've seen, so I'd say have fun with it :)
Do you mean a camera cage? I've used some for the GH5 mostly, I have parts to go with my C200 as well but not a cage, just the top and bottom plate plus accessories. It does help to keep it stable if you have another handle I've found, a more comfortable grip... or a shoulder rig... but those are definitely both different from a gimbal especially when walking or moving around.
Yes!I have to use one I am pretty sure!3 slipped discs and one operation but these days its soo hot that I sometimes get dehydrated and I have to lie down for hours and stretch!mine is on its way and next month I will get one of the Feelworld 4K monitors!which one would you recommend for a beginner like me?I would love to do some slow panning style like Roger Deakins!
For a monitor I've liked the Feelworld T7, great value for the price I think. For a gimbal, it would depend... which camera do you use? The Zhiyun Crane 2 is awesome in most ways, but it's a little large so if you use a smaller camera something smaller would be fine. The Zhiyun Crane V2 might work well for slightly lighter loads but I haven't used it myself.
Getting the D500 this christmas!got a bunch of debt to my local commune for lending me money for my shitty 1 room place!a little bit under 1000 dollars!paying it in rates so when its done, I shall move to a 2 bedroom place!havent had enough space for years now!my cheap video lamps and 1 large studio flash fills up 1/3 of the room!
cage arrived this morning!forgot to check the size if it would fit a D7200 inside!nope!for a smaller Sony Alpha model!so nice to have spent almost 140 dollars on it!Well my niece Signa will get an early Christmas present then since I bought her a new "Old" Alpha 37 my photo pusher couldnt sell back in december!the rail system is a plus for me!paying off some debt the next 2 months so I will most certainly have time to check out proper size cage for it!!hahhahahaha!
I can't remember exactly what kind of battery life I was getting but definitely more than one hour, seems like something's wrong there. I think it was somewhere between 5 and 10 hours
Thank you for your answer. The problem was that I had not stabilized the phone properly, which it consumed a lot of energy trying to stabilize the phone.
The DJI will probably be better, in all honesty, especially on the app side of things... but, not sure that I could say its 2x better. Depends how much of a "perfect" product you're looking for. This Vimble 2 is pretty good though. Not the best I've tried but far from the worst, and an awesome value especially if you can get one for $60 :)
Of those two I'd choose the smooth 4 for myself. But, I think there are some other good choices on the market as well like Freevision or Moza. In some cases OIS can work against the gimbal and create choppy footage but it depends on how the app implements it and also how you're moving.
@@ScottDumas Thank you for this. I am really thinking about getting a gimbal. Currently, the available gimbals here in the Philippines are the Vimble 2 and smooth 4. I like the Vimble 2 because of its retracting capability. Smooth 4 seems to be more stable. This is all based on the reviews I saw on youtube. Therefore I really can't choose. Vimble 2 is a bit cheaper too. If you get to choose one, what would it be? Thanks!
@@RodneyEvangelio If I had to choose one I'd go for the Smooth 4. The Vimble 2 was noticeably less stable for me, and didn't feel as robust overall. It is a little bit more compact though, and if you like the extending handle then that's a big plus. I think my biggest point of advice would just be to choose one and don't look back :) They both do a good job in their own way and if there aren't any features that you really NEED from either one, they'll probably both make you happy in the long run :) Hope that helps
Hi! I haven't tried it myself but I've heard many users have issues with 4k 60p on any gimbal with Android phones, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's not available. 1080p at 60fps might depend on the model, so hopefully someone with experience using the note 9 can comment here with their experience. Sorry I can't be of more help!
It should be no problem! I'm not sure how the app functions on Android, but the gimbal itself should hold the phone with no problems and you can still use it together with the phone's native camera app in the worst case scenario.
I'm not sure exactly how the apps perform on Android unfortunately. My guess is that the Osmo would be a better bet, especially because I think it is more compatible with Filmic Pro if you don't use the native DJI app. Sorry I can't be of more help!
Yep, it's not a bad choice for sure but there is quite a lot of competition as well from brands like Zhiyun, Moza, Freevision and more that are also well priced with things like carry cases, mini tripods made decently etc. I think what sets them apart from my experience is not so much those things but the functions they have built in and the reliability of their apps. The vimble 2 felt a little shaky physically, but at the end of the day the footage is not significantly worse than others, even better than some so I wouldn't advise making a choice based solely on that. :)
It's definitely not the best I've seen, but if you're careful you can get some good clips with it. Slow motion also helps a lot to smooth out those little imperfections when possible.
I love the Freevision Vilta M personally, especially because of its smaller size and great build quality. The Moza Mini-Mi does have stabilization built into the app though (Zhiyun too I think, can't remember offhand) and that does make a difference. The Moza has a few other issues with their app at the moment though, but they're working on fixing it bit by bit.
Not terrible but not great- I'd still recommend choosing based more on features and ease of use since the stability of most smartphone gimbals doesn't vary enough to make a clear choice most of the time.
To be honest I'm not sure in terms of results- depends on lots of other factors BUT the motors of the Smooth 4 feel much stronger (in a good way) compared to the Vimble 2 and that makes me feel like it does perform better in identical situations.
Huh? 5 taps is supposed to bring it into "calibration mode" where you put the gimbal + phone down in order to re-calibrate the start position, at least mine does. Did they change this?
Of those choices, I would probably go with the smooth 4 BUT I haven't tried the osmo myself besides in the store. It does seem nice though. I also recently reviewed the Freevision Vilta M and I'd have to say at the moment that's solidly my favorite though.
Personally I'd go with the Smooth Q... stability is the main thing and while I do like some other features of the Vimble 2 (the extending handle and the quick flashlight style vertical mode for example) the "softness/looseness" of the motors concerns me. While Zhiyun's app is also far from perfect, I've been having a tough time with the Vicool app for the Vimble 2 as well. Tried making an overview video of it yesterday and it ended up crashing too much and getting too frustrating so I put it off.
It's definitely my choice, personally. The Moza Mini-Mi seems pretty great though and has some features the Vilta doesn't, so it might be a good choice as well (wireless charging, a LOT of modes and very high weight capacity... but I haven't fully tested it yet so I'm not sure how it will actually perform just yet). The Vilta M has a wonderful build quality, is very compact, incredibly smooth and pleasant stabilization, the best app I've seen and safety features like a sensor to avoid burning out the motors by accident when there's no phone in it. I think it will depend on which features are most necessary for you.
Yeah it's definitely not perfect... I felt like the motors were particularly "soft" on this gimbal but all will still have a little leftover shake because smartphones are so lightweight. It's actually easier to keep a heavier camera stable (takes more effort to make it "shake") which is why something like this is so tricky.
I'm not sure I've actually tried this myself with this or other apps to be honest, but I'll check it out and mention it to Freevision, I'm sure it's something they can address in a future update.
The available resolutions may depend on what phone you're using or your phone's settings. Android phones can often limit the access that 3rd party apps have to the camera's hardware and that makes it difficult for apps like this to work the same on all brands and models of Android phones. I'm guessing that's what's happening.
Vimble 2 is very light, even a kid can hold it, smooth 4 big handle is ugly design , I don't think ladies will like it, but Vimbel 2 has selfie stick, great way to take picture and record video
The design is very clever, for sure. It is small and light too which is impressive. The performance wasn't the best but not bad either, a very fun gimbal!
The best gimbal review i have seen so far! Thank you for a very detailed and nice review, super awesome that you are so relaxed. Keep up the good work :) Feel free to check out my videos and please come with constructive criticism :)
Lol, it's more so that I'm still working at being good on camera haha. It takes a lot more effort than you'd imagine to be energetic on camera, at least for me ;)
I appreciate the detailed review. It shows that you have really studied the product thoroughly. I really liked your presentation and a genuine review.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that! :-D
Scott Dumas Comparing Vimble 2 & Vilta M, which is the better choice ?
For me, the Vilta M for sure... but if you like/want the selfie stick feature of the Vimble 2, that's something you'll definitely only get with that one.
Feiyutech Vimble 2 is so great! I love this gimbal, it makes me love shooting!

Great video. Just came home with a Vimble 2 and this vide gave all the information that the manual didn't.
Thanks from

I tested it with an iphone 6 (lol). greatly reduce shaking and i'd imagine it being much better with more modern phone
lol a classic ;) the stabilization in the newer iPhone's native camera app does work very well and I got good results with that for sure :)

Yeah, it a good gimbal for smartphone. As long as you read the instructions on how to balance whatever you are putting on there, it works pretty well.

VB2 is very good, really stable, and lightweight.I like the retractable design, and the small tripod is also very practical. It feels good to hold.
That little girl is cute.
When she smiled it was joyful.
The running shot of the blue boy was good.
Thank you! :)
This review is awesome ! And in this review, I can find that vimble2 has no "sleep mode". Thanks for checking pros & cons.
This gimlem looks great, I like that extension rod very much. Thought I would buy one.
It's a lot of fun with that selfie stick :)
Thank you for this video. I love this gimbal.
Great review. Subscribed 👍🏼😁. Do you recommend it, I've seen it for cheap and I'm not sure if it was any good.
Thanks so much! I appreciate it! It's not the best I've used but it's definitely not the worst either. I think it's a great value for the price :)
Thank you for this video. I just got this gimbal yesterday. I’m a complete newbie, looks like the baby girl knows more about videoing than I do lol. So this is so very appreciated

works and looks wonderful
Hi,Scott, thanks for share the simple and surprising smartphone gimbal,it is helpful for live and video for baby!
Hi! Thanks so much for watching :-D Glad it was helpful
Hi sir.
I bought this gimpal yesterday.
Its handle rotates automatically. Do you know what is the problem ?
What about fast action tracking stationary while biking past it.
I tried something like that with my son and it wasn't anywhere near successful haha. I guess it would depend on the situation/speed etc but I don't think it would do very well, at least not consistently.

Yeah agreed. I think having some control over the dead zone is critical, or at least the smoothness when movements start and stop.
Can you film yourself and then have it reverse the view to see what is in front of you. I want it on me so I can explain what people are about to see and then be able to flip the view to what I am looking at. Can it do that?
Just bought one, happy with it.
Glad to hear it :) Enjoy!

it a good gimbal for smartphone. As long as you read the instructions on how to balance whatever you are putting on there, it works pretty well.
It definitely isn't bad. Only when compared to others does it show it's weakness but it can definitely do the trick if you're not a perfectionist :)
Hi thanks for a great review. I used dji osmo mobile before but sold it due to short reach. Are you able to use the shutter button and record button with stock app?
Hey, thanks so much for watching! The shutter/record button does work with the stock iPhone app as well. :)

Just wondering about larger phones like iphone 8 plus around the 160mm long. Will the motor handle the torque
I'd be a little concerned about it because the motors do feel a little "soft" but technically speaking it should be able to manage
Scott Dumas ok. Thanks mate

Can't believe we're at a time we can get all this packaged in this price range. vimble 2, Very good value proposition.
Haha for sure! I love how cheap things are getting and it's awesome to see all the gimbal makers are kind of pushing each other to keep improving :)
Amazing video. Can you mount gopro hero5 in this gimbal? Thanks
You should be able to if you have an adapter bracket, but I haven't done so myself.
Very informative video. Thank you. Beautiful family!
Thanks so much! :)
really appreciate! thanks.. but i think as a beginner, i will get this gimbal.. 👍👍👍 n btw, ur kids are cute.. 😁
I think you can definitely have a lot of fun with it :) And thank you so much! :) :)
hi im wondering if I can just use my regular camera on my iphone?
scorptale hi! You totally can and I actually did that the first day I tested it and it worked great (the cameras stabilization helps)... if you connect your phone to the gimbal via Bluetooth you can still start and stop video from the button on the handle as well. :)
So Warmly a video it is, with family. It like it so much.
Thank you so much :)
Lots of love to you and your family.
Thank you so much! Same to you :)
interesting toy for my friend's present , thanks for oyur presenation
Thanks for watching! Hope your friend enjoys it!
Scott Dumas Much thanks for fast response!
Can u make some list for others gimble that same price like this one? Because I'm planning to buy one of this..
@@ScottDumas thanks for the help! I will watch all review about that gimble 1st.. thanks again.
@@ScottDumas i have question... Moza mini-s is good also? Because i have small budget.
@@azlio1988 It's not my favorite, I prefer the Moza Mini-Mi, but it's definitely not bad either. :)
what a detailed review ! Exactly what i was looking for.
Do you think its worth to buy this gimbal in 2020 for 50 $, now that it also has a new app ?
Thanks so much! You know, while it's not my favorite gimbal on the market, but for $50 I don't think you could go wrong here. Haven't tried it with the new app but overall FeiyuTech has been getting better and better from what I've seen, so I'd say have fun with it :)
@@ScottDumas Thanks for the quick response !
Yeah Ill check out if it is enough for me. ;)
do u ever use a rod rig stabilizer cage??ordered a 100 dollar cheap one to attach external atomos ninja and external video monitor!
Thanks for the review. How long is the battery ?. I bought one and the battery only lasts one hour.
@@j.l.aragon1980 That'll do it! Glad you were able to figure it out :)
Does it come with an action camera holder?
Not included, but I think a generic one should work fine.
Scott Dumas Thank you. I see one for $60 with rebate now and debating if I should get one or just go with a DJI for doubles the price.
Thank you for your time and recommendation, it’s very helpful. :)
Subscribed.. Very Good Review :)
Thanks so much! I appreciate it! :)
Please help. Zhiyun smooth 4 or feiyutech vimble 2?
Also, do you an issue with the OIS that’s working against the gimble that makes it a bit choppy?
Hi ,can I used my note 9 a d récord 4k 6p fps or 1080p 60 fps with rhis gimbal? Many thanks
My Vimble 2S came with a Foam Case.
Yeah the 2S is a bit different I think.
This gimbal looks very similar to Smove Mobile. Is it the same product?
I'm pretty sure it is, just a rebranded model.
thanks for the helpful review ....Cute kids!
Thanks so much! :)
Is this comparable to Vimbal C
They're both from the same maker but the designs are quite different. I'd expect they work about the same for stabilizing :)
Beutiful family..
Nice video thanx for full in depth review
Thank you so much! I appreciate it :)
nice and professional
Thank you! :) Do you have the Vimble yourself? If so how do you like it?
Does this vimble will support my samsung galaxy a7(2016)??
It should be no problem! I'm not sure how the app functions on Android, but the gimbal itself should hold the phone with no problems and you can still use it together with the phone's native camera app in the worst case scenario.
Scott Dumas ok...thnks man
great review
thank you
thanks so much for watching! :)
Does it working for note 9? Should i choose feiyun or dji osmo mobile 2?beginner here
I'm not sure exactly how the apps perform on Android unfortunately. My guess is that the Osmo would be a better bet, especially because I think it is more compatible with Filmic Pro if you don't use the native DJI app. Sorry I can't be of more help!
@@ScottDumas thanks man.....it does help me.....👌
Feiyu vimble2 is cost-effective, cheap, quite cheap, good workmanship, complete with accessories, you know, some brands do not have a tripod.
it has everything i need but it seems the stabilization is so poor on video. what u think
It's definitely not the best I've seen, but if you're careful you can get some good clips with it. Slow motion also helps a lot to smooth out those little imperfections when possible.
thanks for the reply. what do you think the best stabilizer for stabilization?
I love the Freevision Vilta M personally, especially because of its smaller size and great build quality. The Moza Mini-Mi does have stabilization built into the app though (Zhiyun too I think, can't remember offhand) and that does make a difference. The Moza has a few other issues with their app at the moment though, but they're working on fixing it bit by bit.
I have vimble c
So hows the stabilization?
Not terrible but not great- I'd still recommend choosing based more on features and ease of use since the stability of most smartphone gimbals doesn't vary enough to make a clear choice most of the time.
Scott Dumas is the smooth 4 better stabilizing?
To be honest I'm not sure in terms of results- depends on lots of other factors BUT the motors of the Smooth 4 feel much stronger (in a good way) compared to the Vimble 2 and that makes me feel like it does perform better in identical situations.
click the mid button 5th time, it will turn to standby mode.. click 1 times to wake it up
Great to know, thanks for that! :)
Huh? 5 taps is supposed to bring it into "calibration mode" where you put the gimbal + phone down in order to re-calibrate the start position, at least mine does. Did they change this?
which is better, zhiyun smooth q/4, dji osmo 2, or feiyu vimble 2? thanks
Of those choices, I would probably go with the smooth 4 BUT I haven't tried the osmo myself besides in the store. It does seem nice though. I also recently reviewed the Freevision Vilta M and I'd have to say at the moment that's solidly my favorite though.
how about smooth q and vimble 2? due to the price range that someone ( like me ) can't effort smooth 4 or higher. Thanks :D
Amidst all, U say the best would b Freevision Vilta M?
I'm looking for the right one

May I mount a GoPro into it ?
If you have an adapter I don't think it should be a problem, but I haven't tried it yet myself.
Overally nice . But seems hurry ...it seems video is faster 😂😁 need little slow while explaining...
Thanks and sorry about that! I tried to get as much info in a short time as possible... people don't usually watch long videos haha. Apologies :)
What 4K phone did you use and which is the best as well for it?
Is that Akita?
Nope, it's Kochi... much further to the south on Shikoku Island :) Have you been to Akita?
Yeah, I lived in Akita for a couple of years..
Oh cool, looks like a really nice place :)
Keren mantap friend 💐💐💐💐👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I think its still shaky
Yeah it's definitely not perfect... I felt like the motors were particularly "soft" on this gimbal but all will still have a little leftover shake because smartphones are so lightweight. It's actually easier to keep a heavier camera stable (takes more effort to make it "shake") which is why something like this is so tricky.
While recording I cannot switch from front to back lens... god
I'm not sure I've actually tried this myself with this or other apps to be honest, but I'll check it out and mention it to Freevision, I'm sure it's something they can address in a future update.
Not even native camera apps allow you to flip cameras when already recording. This is not a limitation of the gimbal, but more of the phone OS.

It sucks to floppy
It was strangely floppy like I mentioned with the "soft" motors ...kind of disappointing because lots of potential in other ways.

This fake info shot is only 720. The aps is so useless apps
The available resolutions may depend on what phone you're using or your phone's settings. Android phones can often limit the access that 3rd party apps have to the camera's hardware and that makes it difficult for apps like this to work the same on all brands and models of Android phones. I'm guessing that's what's happening.
thanks, (the kids are cute :)
thank you!! :)

😀Please have some energy before making a video. Eat a energy bar 😂🤣
Lol, it's more so that I'm still working at being good on camera haha. It takes a lot more effort than you'd imagine to be energetic on camera, at least for me ;)
Thank you for this video. I love this gimbal.
