Growing up in Hillsborough county in the 90s, I do remember the LowRider scene being real heavy.
I moved to San Diego in 2002, where LowRider is a way of life in Barrio Logan.
Moved back to Hillsborough county in 2021. Great to see the LowRider culture here is still alive.
