Use no of sensors in series and it's better if u use it in parallel so you can get correct position of intruder

Product demonstration is good but through beam sensor does not work with latching circuit. Once a person cross beam alarm must be on till it is switched off manually
Yes you are definitely right, but check my channel I have uploaded a video how to latch a sensor using a relay.
With this method you can latch your sensor using a 8 pin relay.
