Eric, Salary of a CAS is 700k each, 50 of them makes 35M a month, 420 M a year, 2.1 B for the Ruto's term. Add that to the rest of allowances...

The fact that the national assembly refused to vet these CAS citing the fact they do not have the constitutional powers to do so. That was already a pointer to the fact that this was heading in the wrong direction.

There's something that the entire opposition brigade has been missing; The one thing that will never bring them results is DISHONOUR. This is the difference between success and failure in politics. If the tone & flavor of your politics is always contempt and dishonour, you can try all you want, but things will always work against you. Despising, dismissing, humiliating, insulting and dishonouring WSR is not how anyone will bring him down. Raila Odinga is a great politician but he has never learned to practice politics of honour. With all his shortcomings, WSR has served under authority with honour, even when he was being humiliated. Odinga has never been comfortable with anything less than sharing power, even with his own Dad. This is his Achilles heel.

The amount spent on CAS salary is not 187million for the period as per the report, that is only for 3 months since they earn 1million per month each. For the period it's 3 billion. (KSHS.50m *12*5years =3B).

What do they consider as adequate public participation? Do all Kenyans participate in this public participation exercise? If the public say "no" to what they are weighing in on, does govt listen to the public? The public was against the Finance Bill and the govt did not seem to care what the public thought. When Parliament and Executive increase their salaries, is this done with public participation? Kenyans VOTE THESE GOONS OUT!

I support the division of roads and transportation from infrastructure.. the money goes to the infrastructure, while the other apart to help on policy making.. get me, yes there's is no money but Ruto knows he doesn't have many ministers in the cabinet, he has thugs and politician there..

This man Ruto is unsuitable to be a President of Kenya. He does not respect the rule of law. He has a record of stealing Mutesh's land, and he was convicted.
