I love this place I've been there a few times each time there were new awesome cars lol. Just wondering, do you ever have a total ' project ' car? Your looking to sell? Didn't Chevy build a very limited 1972 RT/SS ?? pick-up truck short bed with a 396/or 427 with a closed grill that only came in black?,it seems I remember seeing a a couple back then,but can't find one on line.

    • @saulgoodman4855
      @saulgoodman4855 5 років тому

      DesertDigger1 no the did not. Chevy never built an SS truck until 1990 The "SS 454"
      And the only car to have a 427 was 66-69 Corvette. Unless you ordered a CoPo or RpO car them you could get them in Chevelles,Camaros & Impalas.

    Hate that LS in the old school stuff. Would have been a killer car with a built 454, 396, and or 302. Still awesome car, but I like period correct stuff, just my opinion.

    Americans are lucky! We don't have any muscle cars in the uk!

    • @IlhamDefraN
      @IlhamDefraN 7 років тому

      "muscle cars" itself are american term for american made cars (especially high performance) so of course they're not in uk...

    • @Raghav88
      @Raghav88 7 років тому +2

      Ilham Defra 'muscle cars' is a term american's have branded the big engine bruiser. Its not a term that is specifically given to those cars so your argument is invalid as amg's get classed as muscle cars - use JC as an example on the C63 & GT.

    • @IlhamDefraN

    Too bad it’s the Problematic LS7 motor. Should have gone with a built LS3. Not a big fan of using late generation Emblems. Should have done the Wilwood Brakes with the black slotted and drilled rotors. It’s not a original RS car per the rear lenses.

      I guess you like matching numbers ,oriiginal suspension etc. I have had 2 1969 camaros and they were made to run straight. The didn't corner well at all. This is a nice custom build one of a kind car. If you want a 1969 Z28 with matching numbers all original, go to a museum.

    • @camarocarl7130

      ubecool454 You guess wrong quiz kid. You can put Bilstein/Global West upgrades and not have a Frankeincar like yours. BTW I would take a stock Z over your abortion anyday. There should be a law against clowns turning classics into POS's.

    Why a video from six years ago?! The car is either way overpriced and waiting for a fool and his money, or it’s been wrapped around an oak tree by now. Buy a new one, instead.
    Please.

    • @Flemingsclassics
      @Flemingsclassics  5 років тому +1

      "Why a video from six years ago..." Because every video that we have ever posted is here. That's why we all have accounts with histories and don't just randomly upload with no way to look back. Some people like to look back at what we have had in the past. This cars old and new owners may show this video to friends and family, from time to time. Some kid wanting to get ideas for his own dream build may draw inspiration from the wheels or the paint colors in this video, sometimes a car comes back to us years later and it's cool to be able to compare what it was when it left vs when it came back... there are more reasons to keep a video in our history than there is to delete it.
