Leon bailey is a new generation winger what is needed is support he is by far the best winger Jamaica has ever had you won't get the best out of him though by bashing him, based on how you talk you see he has the stuff ivewatchedhim at genk and Leverkusen he's good really good but you Jamaican people don't know a thing about development or patients it will take time for you to develop it took Japan over 24 years you beat Japan then but now your not fit to look at them because your not builders just parasitic in nature especially interms of growth Brazil got you to a point but you threw it away now you have butler and you don't have the Sense to suppoert the guy that butler guy is like Steven Francis and he will be the one to revolutionize your football bailey us like asafa Powell soon your bolt will come in football support growth and development suppoert butler and stop bashing your team what has your country done in development for Yu to be critical?
I know bailey has got the goods the way to get it out of him is for him to see his failure himself and how do you do that by supporting the kid he will see his falure and will push to not let his people down if you bash him he will just see you as ungrateful who wants to fight for those who don't appreciate them or who always bashing them you will give your all though for love and support pride
In Jamaica because you guys have had recent success in the Gold cup and have really high quality and high profile players there is a great spotlight on your team and anyone who does good or bad it is known by the public. In T&T because we haven't had recent Footballing success and we have probably the weakest quality in terms of individual quality that we had in our history, there is no expectation and no spotlight on individual players or the public at large isn't captivated by it as it is in Jamaica, just probably the few people who follow local Football. There is definitely not a fascination with the fortunes of local Football and it's players as there is in Jamaica.
The strikers are dropping back too deep to help the midfled and its all long passes from defense. Not even Ronaldo or Messi can thrive with that playing style
The fact of the matter is we are starting 6 deffenders thats a Big problem
Jamaica need to start building a good midfield core and the current players will improve dramatically. Hayden, Ramsey, Gibbs White, Baker, Delano, Cover, Hutchinson and Casanova to name a few options
We need two real midfielders
We can’t continue like this
Casey Palmer and Ravel are options too
We need to replace Lowe and brown until we drop them we will continue to struggle no matter which midfielder comes in
He is being played as Forward most of the competition alongside Antonio , when he should being playing on the wing, when the coach change the tactics in the second of , he got isolated in 1 v 1 s and that’s where he is most prolific

Leon Bailey is only big in the imagination of Butler..he is just an average player period. His manager sold him as the real deal and he is now found out to be just another Chinese knock off. In all my years of watching football is the first player i have ever seen bruck himself and almost knock him own self in a coma..the man twist and turn then fell and hit the back of his head on the pitch..the Mexican was in shock at what he was seeing. I am still wondering what he was trying to do..he need to sit on the bench and watch the game.kmdt

What about antonio he has 0 goals all competition had no chances. Play him in his rightful position and get some midfielders in the team to support the front 3 or front 4. If Bailey get one more ball as you are suggesting then he would be worst than he presently is right now. He is just an average player and that is a fact..how many years has he been playing for Jamaica. How many good performances has he put in over those years?. If he is that good base on the hype from his manager and others then why is he not given 90 minutes play time during matches at his club. He is not exceptional and is better than Messi and Ronaldo in Butler imagination. He need to sit on the bench and watch the game...

He almost put himself in a coma in the Mexico match trying to beat a player and only succeeded in falling and hitting the back of his head. That was an embarrassing moment that is best forgotten..not a class player in my estimation. The strength of this coach will be determined on how he deal with such players in the team..will he bench them or keep playing them..
Very overrated and really average. Played for JA over 4 years and only scored 4-5 goals and approx same in assist. And no man of the match performance.
