You hit the nail on the head, especially with the ladies flapping their arms around the way they were told to. Makes me wonder what the choreographers were thinking.
Don't get me wrong, each of those ladies is talented and pulled it off without a hitch, but I just couldn't help but laugh at how it all looks.

cinematically this is probably the best part of the film, starting at 2:36 especially. i like the chaos that ensues it’s a little moulin rouge lol
aw, this scene actually made me want to watch this. Disappointing that it's the best part. I'd love a Cinderella that had this vibe the whole way through the story.

You can say whatever you want of these scene but this is one of the most entertaining sequences of the movie and the Whatta Man/Seven Nation Army a really good and catchy mash up. I said this in another video and I would say again: this scene has Moulin Rouge writing all over it.
The movie imo was terrible. Weak storyline, some scenes cringey af- but the musical numbers were spectacular! With a better storyline- this movie would've probably gotten a positive critical acclaim.

Nicholas Galatzine's talent is really extraordinary. He's an amazing multi-dimensional actor - one of those who are able to act with their eyes, not just by delivering lines well. It's like he lives the role he plays, whatever it is. I enjoyed him and Taylor Zakhar Perez in "Red, White and Royal Blue"-such chemistry. He's a good equestrian-his horseback riding skills in this film was surprising-and his voice. I listened to his latest release "Comfort" and really liked it, especially the lyrics, but it would be great if he also did more songs like "Seven Nation Army". Now THAT came as a complete surprise. I look forward to seeing him in future projects. I'm sure the offers are pouring in.

I'm obsessed with this part. Sooo Moulin Rouge energy and the blending of voices were so great to my ears. The dresses too as well as the diversity were also stunning ❤

I think your the first person to mention this 😂 I couldn’t stop laughing when I first saw him fall i think it was shoe squeak and then the drop was what made me laugh most, and then like you said he just got up and carried on like nothing happened and the others didn’t even flinch it was like it was a normal occurrence for him to just randomly trip 😂

music aside. i've rewatched this like 4 times for the choreo. major props to the choreographers and the incredible ensemble dancers for this piece. the movements perfectly remind me of the mating dances of birds of paradise and peacocks. the jerkiness but also fluidity at the same time is So Perfectly bird coded

I have listened to several Nicholas covers and there is no one better than him either at singing or dancing and above all at acting :l' alchemy that he manages to create every time It is absolutely UNREPEATABLE and I have been watching films for many years: but, Nicholas Galitzine It is at an unattainable level!!!!

I watched this film because of bore (I'm not a fan of Camila Cabello) and I actually liked it: it won't be a successful movie like Marvel's Disney's or whatever, but I think they hit the concept of the film, that turned out to be a good one

Watching this scene and the film just tells me one thing: Prince should have been queer. This scene just is fruity all around. I love it.

Ngl, I think personally, having queer headcanoned the shit out of this, it would have been better... I mean Robert and his "best friend", maybe a bit of Gwen and Ella, could have been absolutely golden but no, we can't subvert the story THAT much...

I loved this movie from start to finish. We all know the story, so why not a fresh and fun take on it? The dresses were so unique and iconic to the representation from each of the gorgeous girls, the choreography was on point (en pointe) and looked like it was hella fun for the cast, plus we got a few laughs. This wasn’t meant to be the same old story, it was entertaining. And good Lord at the eye candy. I’m talking about Galitzine here. 😅❤😅
