- Ingredients:
360g Creamcheese
55g unsaltedbutter
112g or 110ml freshmilk or buttermilk
90g or 3/4 cup cakeflour or all-purpose flour
9pcs eggyolks
9pcs eggwhites
180g or 14 tbsp whitesugar
3/4 tsp lemon juice
pan size 9.8x3inches
use convection oven and apply steambaking as shown on the video
bake at 160°C for 35mins then open the door of the oven for 10 sec while bringing the temperature down to 110°C and bake it for another 120mins
