3:20 - I’m a little confused on what is part of the new Misadventures arc. Issue 62’s solicitation states that the new Misadventures arc starts in this issue and concludes in 66, but 63’s story is titled Misadventures part 1. Was 62 removed from the Misadventures arc, was a mistake made, or is 62 treated as a part 0 of sorts?
4:16 - Let's imagine for a moment that Sonic and Amy swap genders, and it's the boy who aggressively chased the girl with a hammer because she forgot a date, sat on her with hammer in hand so she wouldn't escape […] Don't you think this perpetuates the double standard of society that is much more flexible with harassing women? Even if the boy calmed down a little over time like she did, people would still want him in jail because society has zero tolerance for men harassing women, but Amy can act as if nothing had happened and without receiving any kind of punishment for past bad behavior? She hasn't even apologized to him for all the trouble she caused. It doesn't seem very fair to me, let's face it, no one would like to see Sonic aggressively chasing Amy with a hammer without taking into account her consent.

Now, they’re *called* prototypes, so has Eggman had these things in storage since before CD? Or was Metal Sonic designed first and the prototypes made later as a template for future models?

Chris Redfield from Resident Evil, Frank West from Dead Rising (Let's assume they all get a wacky boost in power like in Marvel vs Capcom), and Dante and Vergil from Devil May Cry all join in on the World's Unite crossover. How do they interact with the Freedom Fighters and how quickly does Sigma and his army get annihilated by the power of the Redfield bloodline, orange juice, and motivation?

You know what would make the Orbot and Cubot story even better? If there was some sort of comic later on where Sonic, Eggman, Orbot and Cubot and whoever else are sent back to that section of the galaxy, and the ailens are just praising the robo duo. Eggman, as confused as he would be, would immediately figure out how to use that to capture the heroes, while Sonic and whoever else crash from the sheer impossibility of ORBOT AND CUBOT saving these people, meanwhile Orbot’s just dreading when the other shoe drops and Eggman finds out they destroyed some E-Series.
After the reboot I could've seen scourge being a Sonic Clone. Possibly created using the Master Emeralds power if you wanted to give a nod to his Pre-boot self.

Question: I know we are still very fresh off the Frontiers shenanigans, but I can't help but slightly worry about the big promises made by Team Sonic at the end of that game. I mean, Knuckles now hanging out with the crew in Tailstube/Murder of StH checks out, but the rest kinda feel...the same? I mean yeah I love the crew hanging out and being this close outside of the comics now, but I also would love to see some fun Tails adventures (horrible pun) where he has to learn some new lessons for the first time since 2001. It's been a while since we got a side comic set in the modern timeline, would love to see a Tails one (30th anni aside). All that is to ask: When do you think will we see those status quo changes in full effect...if ever?

Will you guys at Sega acknowledge the fact that if you count up all the Chaos emeralds in the games, there have been 11 unique ones? Sonic Adventure was the first to start saying “the 7 chaos emeralds” and that’s been normal since. Will the other emeralds ever return?
Alright question time. Tails finds himself in the ninja world of Naruto taking the Uzumaki’s place as the main character unable to leave until the story is completed with the fox boy sitting on the Hokage’s throne and the sins of the past washed away. Without Sonic to rely on, how does Tails go about learning all the Shinobi tricks of the trade and how does the genus fox boy get along with the other cast members?

With Eggman now having a daughter in Sage, it got me thinking about the idea of evil villains having a child that lets us see a different side of them. Bowser may kidnap a princess every other week, but he also sets parental settings for his son. Heck, even Blinky the ghost from Pac-Man has a daughter: Yum-Yum (I know, what a name) who has a romeo and juliet romance with Pac-Man Jr. So I wanted to ask how you think this would be done with Dr. Wily. He doesn't really have any kind of child, with the closest, I guess, being Bass which is not exactly a wholesome relationship. So how would you go about introducing a child, biological or otherwise, to Dr. Wily? And what ways do you think this would change his character or allow us to see new sides of him?
Honestly I feel like the first Sonic movie did a decent job reimagining Sonic for a modern audience by making him more empathetic and innocent as opposed to the edgy 90s badass persona he originally had, not to mention thst he does do a Fortnite dance in it. I honestly can't think of any iconic character that tries to be more "modern" by just using the current slang have it not be embarrassing.

I have only one question about sonic Frontiers (please let me know if it’s been asked already) this is a general question about it: how come the end is different in Japanese compared to the English version? Was that style or culture choice?🤔

A random idea I had was this, what if Team Dark went to the Starfall Islands instead of Team Sonic? How would this version of Frontiers play out? Let’s say, Rouge is on Kronos, Omega is on Chaos, and for a surprise, how about Infinite on Ares? Let’s just say he’s alive after Forces since his fate was left ambiguous.
In base frontiers, Knuckles was on Ares island cuz he found a Cyberspace portal. Well what if Infinite had the same idea as Eggman and wanted to use Cyberspace for his own gain cuz he doesn’t have the Phantom Ruby anymore, but he got trapped.
Infinite is completely at Shadow’s mercy now, and can’t escape Cyberspace without Shadow. How would the two of them interact? Would Shadow help at all? I mean he has to get Rouge and Omega out of Cyberspace too after all.
What’s funny is I think both omega and sonic would be retired if eggman’s gone for good.
I think Sonia had low-key super strength without her medallion, but it was kinda hard to tell how much of that was for the rule of funny. It’s been forever since I’ve watched underground too, though. Manic I don’t remember having anything, but the earthquake stuff was part of the drums. Also, I thought more people put sonic at the 18-19 range now, and age everyone else up accordingly, but I could be wrong.
They were leaning in to the mystery of what Manic's power could be... but the show was cancelled, and so have all the attempted continuations.

I confess that the question about a Sonic fighting game made me very interested, if SEGA is planning to make a Blue Blur fighting game I want to see what kind of story Ian will write and Personally, I don't see a problem with bringing Avatar back, not only because Street Fighter 6's narrative style seems very good for this type of game, but also because it's a way to insert the player in the universe of the franchise in some way, just add a broader and more complete customization mode so I can create my OCs at will within the game in addition to being able to create my own moveset (like in Street Fighter 6) and having the option to choose to play with the avatar or with a character from the franchise during story mode fights and I'll be more than satisfied

Question: What stance (if any) does the Japanese side of Sega have on Heavy and Bomb as characters? I'm asking, because when I played through Knuckles' Chaotix, I noticed multiple copies of both robots can clearly be seen in the stage select machine. Coupled with the fact that neither are even mentioned in the JP manual, this led me to wonder if they might have originally been intended as simple mass-produced Badniks, and them being established as unique characters was a change made in the western localization of the game.
To Ian: Why do they call it oven when you of in the cold food of out hot eat the food?

@@peacockqueen It means that if Amy were the one to reject Sonic and he were the one to act like a "stalker", you guys would not take Amy's side, you'd take Sonic's. I've seen it with Princess Peach at the end of Odyssey, even when she got overwhelmed by Mario and Bowser, SHE is the one in the wrong.
Also, the balls to ask that shit to Flynn and not show your name, like a coward.
