I do not know the name of it but you can easily find it by looking for Super Mario 64 Beta Sounds on UA-cam, there should top a video about 20 seconds long with the Beta placeholder voices and sounds, the comments say they are from Warner, maybe you can ask there for the specific name, I literally took the sound from the video that normally appears when you look for that c:

Thank you very much, modding SM64 at this level is rather easy, I made a creepypasta for SM64 but I couldn't finish the edition of it due to school, you may find guides on how to use old SM64 tools to make stuff like this. Also, a modder called elDexter helped me make one for Paper Mario, if you like this kind of videos, I suggest you to check it out, it should be in my channel. I hope to upload more like this in the future n.n

Very likely xD It sounds like this for two reasons: - The computer in which this was made was really old and also its hardware was already damaged, so it wasn't possible to record while playing. - There's some speed manipulation, the idea is that this is a pirated copy so, I used the first reason to make the sound some slightly weirder and make it more like, hm, there's something off as soon as you turn on the game.
