It's sad to say; but, I don't watch every video posted on this channel. Sometimes it's because the product being reviewed doesn't apply to me. Sometimes it's because I just straight-up missed it. The latter applies to this BSP N01 review. Okay, yeah, it's not made of the best feeling plastics. For $20, as long as the plastic doesn't crack or crack my skin then I'm good. I like that it spoofs the controllers that people actually use instead of being HID only. I also really like the look of those face buttons. Also, I know Hall Effect parts are a lot lower prices now than they were; but, it still impresses me when they're included on lower end tech. I'm not sure that I'd want to play in this tier unless it had a unique stick layout or something, but, for someone just getting into Emulation on Android or playing PUBG/CoD/R6 and they've heard that a controller will make them better at their games, I get it. It's cheap, yeah, but, it's not a penalty box. It's amazing how far we've come with this tier of controller in just the past three years. This is one of the things I love about Game Tech Talk. Thanks algo and thank you for clicking on it! Honestly, considering everything it brings to the table, I willing to overlook a couple of things, I don't think it's terrible, it's not "Xbox controller" comfortable, but it still is better than most "small form factor" controllers so I give them the point for effort! As for D8 Pro and D9, I agree. Still, I like where this is going with the new "N" line, it's promising!
I think the order for which you should determine your pick is, wired or bluetooth? That's the first thing. Wired = S9 or N01 Bluetooth = 8+ Want both = S9 Once you know that, if you go wired, the rest is: "Do you feel comfortable paying more, having an option that will remain "peak" option for longer, or you go the cheaper route and potentially upgrade sooner but to a market that might include more options then. My last advice, if you are ready, don't sit on it too long. Make the move, enjoy some delicious telescopic gaming and with the FOMO reduced, you'll have a clearer head for the next time you're ready to show again. Hopefully that helps, cheers!

@@raychii7361 Yeah I am of the same opinion, the D9 is kind of a one off, that's how I see it. It has some questionable buttons but the ergonomics are so nice.
I'd LOVE to see a D9 Pro with further emphasize on the quality and features, kind of like what they did with the D8 Pro.
With that said, I think the N02 is going to be one to pay close attention to. I hope they support wide stretch for tablets but I'd be okay if they don't and focus on phones, while improving the product.
Does this work on iOS?
Yes it does!
@ With a case?
@@TheAlienHasArrived Not so much, not the most case friendly controller sadly. You might want to look at the BSP "D" lines of products instead as they are Bluetooth so no worry with cases.
@@GameTechTalk damn. Not even with a fairly thin clear one?
@@TheAlienHasArrived That's what I tried making it work with and I wasn't successful so I'd say no or to at least greatly GREATLY temper your expectations, I don't think it would work.
6:00 .... MY EYES.... I'M BLIND!!! AHHHH
🤣🤣🤣 I don't even need to check the timestamp, I know exactly where you're at! 🤣 Soon I'll be reviewed tinted glasses! 😎
@@GameTechTalk You're going to pay for my treatment with the ophthalmologist xd
No cooling ?
Not on that one no, that's not to say that they could make a N01s down the road but for now, no cooling indeed.
The stiff razer Kishi v1 usb c wrecking port damage was basically what made that a waste for me. It can't even mode shift for pc use.
I guess Im still saving for jack, pivot, controls
Let's hope they figure how to have a pivot one on their future models. I don't prefer when it isn't either.
I'll pass on this. Doesn't even look like it has a type - c for charging even. Is that true ?
It does, it's at the bottom right, you can see it better at 15:00 my apology, I forgot to mention it has USB-C charge passthrough.
@@GameTechTalk Does it have data pass through? If it does, it might be able to accept a type-c to 3.5mm adapter.
@@myaul8157 It does not sadly
Hello good sir.
Are you able to do a review on the Gulikit KK3 standard? It has TMR sticks and is currently selling on Amazon for $40. I have only been able to find one review on YT and it wasn't in English.
I'm interested to know how the sticks compare to the Tarantula you reviewed.

Hello to you too!
It should be on the way, I will review it shortly after having received it! :)
tis video got recommended to me MINUTE AGO, youtube wanted me to watch that video LOL. The controller is good but form is.... strange, i cant say it is comfy nor that bad, strange form
i would say that BSP-D8 pro or D9 is a much better controller for that price, BSP really just pumping out new controllers just to be afloaut and be on youtube page
Damnit, what to do. S9 or 8+ or this cheapy. Dang it. There are too many options.
I think the order for which you should determine your pick is, wired or bluetooth? That's the first thing.
Wired = S9 or N01
Bluetooth = 8+
Want both = S9
Once you know that, if you go wired, the rest is: "Do you feel comfortable paying more, having an option that will remain "peak" option for longer, or you go the cheaper route and potentially upgrade sooner but to a market that might include more options then.
My last advice, if you are ready, don't sit on it too long. Make the move, enjoy some delicious telescopic gaming and with the FOMO reduced, you'll have a clearer head for the next time you're ready to show again. Hopefully that helps, cheers!
That’s a lot of controller for $20
Right? Crazy times! I love it!
