NGUY True, but that's the thing: Fox has seen a noticeable downgrade from Melee (ditto most of the Melee top 8), whereas people below saw a considerable improvement. PM probably has the most balanced and widely viable roster of any Smash title.

Disregarding potential inconsistency, the problem is the hitbox is not as constant as it looks, the range is low so it can get clipped by moves like marth up-b, and a lot of the time the characters can just up-b again anyway.
