I've been the first 3 kinds of people in different stages of my past, and am now learning how to be a Jedi who does not fear death nor life. You can feel the chi. Lie down, relax, and stay still and quiet. You will feel sensations of chi moving thru you and around you. It is what sustains life and keeps your body system going. Tingling or warmth can be felt if you allow yourself to do so. Be very open to receive. I do this every afternoon for healing and repair. You can do it before you sleep too. Befriend the chi and it will help you. If you practice Qigong, you can feel it more. It feels like a very subtle but noticeable sticky air.

Difficult to say what will work specifically for you - but self-motivation is a bit like a muscle. The only way to strengthen it and give it more endurance is through training and practice. Difficult to jump straight to continuous hard work - perhaps build-up to that over a month or three?

I am in search of something that enable me to do continuous hardwork even when there is no external pressure on me to do so. Can anyone one suggest me anything? Thank you.
Difficult to say what will work specifically for you - but self-motivation is a bit like a muscle. The only way to strengthen it and give it more endurance is through training and practice. Difficult to jump straight to continuous hard work - perhaps build-up to that over a month or three?

Now, if u pay attention to the beginning of the work, u might catch it. It is very clear, u can't miss it if u listen to it. Like in that mythological book, one of the main characters said: those who have ears, listen.
