It would be more useful for people attending interview or thinking of applying for a job, if you can tell the red flags or visible signs that indicate about the toxic work culture and improper work life balance in such companies. If one can filter such companies job seekers will not apply at all and save their career and life. Also please campaign for max 8 hours work law in private sector. In metro Cities the commute time will be close to 4 hours due to traffic issues. So finally an employee end up 12 hours for the job. I feel more hours of work less productivity. Opinion leaders like you should campaign for framing better laws and forming unions for workers of private sector including software sector. Had I knew the prevailing work culture and the job security levels, I would not have allowed my children to select IT branch for their graduation.
