I'm a fresher and I have been on bench for 6 months. Now I got a project call from a company which is based on identity and access management. But there are only 2 members In a team only team lead and technical assistant. Should I accept the project or wait for another?
It depends on your choice if you like it or not. But I would say go for it because you get to a learn a lot from a small team even though work pressure would be high but your skill set and resume would be good. (If you only like IAM)

Compare your both CTC, it will depends on the variable pay, deduct the variable pay from both offers and Decides. please read review for both companies in glass door, and check the company policies and then take right decision Good luck

Interview process lo you should have asked what is the plan your hiring manger having for you if not you can know at least based on that you can decide what roles excites you
